Itsyou - I'm not sure that you are that conversant with balance sheets but you do seem fixated on quoting the liabilities side of the equation in isolation. You have also chosen a ratio of total liabilities to market capitalisation to try and make some kind of point - that is a new one on me. But please explain further how that works. You might want to reflect on actually whether you are actually thinking about the debt to capitalisation ratio which is something very different of course. But its basic stuff as you keep saying.

Let me give you a clue - market capitalisation can have a total disconnect with the company balance sheet.

Whilst you ponder this, you might want to reflect on possible hidden assets not appearing in the balance sheet.

As for Liabilities being a bad thing or a good thing - well first I haven't passed comment - you have. They feature in every balance sheet I have ever looked at by definition.

How disappointing you went with deflection but given the lack of substance to your posts there was a certain inevitability I suppose.

I have asked for clarity on your post about one side of the story - I still don't understand the point you your making.

Please share your thoughts on the liabilities vs cash vs MCAP and whether this is an ongoing concern. I am particularly interested in your thoughts on the correlation with the MCAP. Please explain the basics as you see them. The last time I asked a poster this question they refused to elaborate and deflected. I hope you don't do the same.....

That is an incorrect number. But when you come back with the correct number, perhaps make your point rather than quote a publicly available number in isolation without context. It's important to read information and posts carefully.

In terms of the Prospectus full disclosure will of course be required. It will give clarity across the board. What point you are making here?

The share price has dropped - that has nothing to do with the potential here and everything to do with impatient people.

Looking forward to some real news whenever that might come. Time passes quickly.

Upon reflection let me elaborate on some of the points that people should consider carefully and then firm their own decision on whether to hold, sell or invest. This list is obviously not exhaustive.

- fully understand the history events via the RNSs

- read and try to understand the forthcoming accounts

- read and try and understand the forthcoming prospectus

- understand the implications of funding news

- what are the company plans going forward and how will funding be used

- what are the timescales to achieve the strategic plan

- what are the exploration plans to increase the JORC resource

- where does TZ fit into the picture?

- evidence of lessons learned and changes made in process and or operations

- POG read widely on where commentators believe this is going - recent rises might just be the start

- Understand how undervalued miners are in general at the moment

- consider the market capitalisation and future potential post prospectus

Just a few very basic considerations and then make your own decision.

Dead horse? Decide for yourselves. Personally I think we have our own Bob Champion and Aldaniti story potential right here.

Gunster. Hopefully you will read the updates more carefully than my post. If you reread my post I said people should consider carefully. If you think considering carefully is bad advice then you and I have very different views on the matter.

Agree with all you say apart from one little change - I want this to be an exciting company but for all the right reasons.

It might take a little time for sentiment to return here but once we come out of suspension and the prospectus and funding is clarified and confirmed, then we can truly look forward to the future. I have no doubt that there will be an element of existing holders who will have promised themselves that they will leave here as soon as they can but my advice would be to consider carefully alongside the POG direction of travel and the huge potential here given the current low market capilisation.

Great time to be a gold miner

In short, yes they have to release market sensitive information - good or bad.

They will be aware of likely SP reaction but that can not over ride their duties to update the market - those are the rules.

Unfortunately this board is likely to degenerate further into more and more messages bashing each other. Human reaction to disappointment is often to lash out. It becomes increasingly hard to spot the snippets of value adding discussion.

My only words of advice is not whether to buy or sell or hold but to try and be honest with yourself and understand the impact on your mental health of continuing to read this board during these times. Despite knowing and understanding the basic fundamentals of the company and the potential, reading this board can really play on your mind, consciously or subconsciously.

Look after yourself and moderate you time here if you need to until the next bit of formal news comes.

Thanks for the specifics itsyou - now we can look at the issue. Hopefully you will know the history and the resultant lack of funds - that is why they have not had the luxury of being able to go out and drill in sufficient quantity to be able to give revised JORC updates. But they have sufficient understanding to be able to target (don't ask me how - Im not a geo / miner) gold bearing rocket feed the mills. Yes you are absolutely right that ideally they would have all the low level detail but they don't - thankfully though they have been able extract gold.

Lets see what the coming weeks bring as we exit suspension and Robbie provides us with more operational updates.

The key message at the moment is that the company has weathered an horrendous 12 months or more after OCIM walked and the mine is still operating. POG is in the ascendance and if you follow gold commentators you will know that with global demand increasing and all the issues with interest rates / the FED and the $, then the price is likely to continue to rise in coming months - and the much unloved miners will see a rerate as a result.

So its easy to throw stones at the company at the moment and no one is saying anything other than its been a horrible journey BUT you have to give credit for Robbie hanging in there and busting a gut to make sure the company remained trading on some string finances and if he can do that, then I think he can go further and make good on the strategic goals o the company. Time to give him a little more time to deliver in my view. He is at long last able to afford to buy in more experienced resource to support him thankfully and he can concentrate on CEO activities rather than low level operational management.
