Lots of well respected commentators out there giving very plausible explanations as to what is happening and what the end results could look like. The West is walking blindly over a cliff at the moment - the Chinese have always taken the long term view. The dollar and the rate of Fed borrowing simply can not continue on it’s current trajectory- just a question of time or more likely a black swan event, to create the reason or excuse for a reset. At that point you want to already be holding gold in your portfolio.

Read and watch widely on the topic and plan accordingly.

Rumours of a naked short - if so and there is continued demand from the likes of China CB it could get even more interesting and volatile.

Can I suggest (with apologies for stating the obvious):

1. Only stick to statements in an RNS

2. Try and do you own research or look for evidence back up other peoples so called research

3. Literally anyone with any sort term price prediction here, whether up or down is either ramping or deramping whether they intend to or not

4. Always give yourself time with your investment and remember your decisions are your own - don't blame others - no one forces you to read these boards.

5. This is a high risk stocks by the nature of their exploration, under capitalisation and in this case the jurisdiction (although not the worst)

6. Only invest what you can afford to loose fully - hopefully it will not happen but it's not guaranteed - little is.

I doubt these things are arranged / discussed/ negotiated with 24 hours- call me a sceptic but could these have already been forward sold at a higher price? I have no evidence and no agenda and currently no holding but watching with interest as I want this to be a success and want to take a small stake but I have burned my fingers here several times in the past already. I hope this time GR has found the key to unlocking this. As an aside I do wonder whether his continued presence will act as a drag factor on confidence even though I understand he has been the driving force behind the project to date.

I have been here for a few years now. Disappointed at the slow progress to date. Lots of potential but no indication on timescales. Long term hold and hope for me.

So £2m before costs seems like more than a tweak - what confidence level does it come with compared to previous enhancements?

The other point that sticks out for me is that this has to work for him to be able to hopefully raise more finance - amount not specified.

Mmmm I wonder why the Chinese Banks are warning against hype - has word got out from their CB that it's starting to get a little expensive now as they continue to build their central stocks at a faster rate than any other CB - and that's only the numbers that they will admit to! The cat is out of the bag - well and truly.

Listen to any sensible commentators on the dollar - the USA amassing debt at an unsustainable rate (unsustainable to service / meet the interest cost of) and it's easy to buy into the future reset theories. Gold is going to be key in the future - the one asset class that is accepted around the world. Bitcoin - there might be an argument for that but I'm not a fan but that is probably an age thing.

A bit of a tame interview in my view - lots of talk of activity which is great but the elephant in the room was ignored- how is the expanded team and activity engaging 3rd parties going to be financed? A simple question could have been asked and the response might have been from the last raise. But the question was not asked.

If you are unfamiliar with the expression: when a system response lags behind a signal. Not often used in finance on these boards as an expression but I think that is what we have here.

Signals are in the RNS - the system (SP) will catch up at some point.

I think there is great potential here - no doubt about it - and hopefully potential becomes commercial reality down the line.

I am expecting funding RNS now though within the next 7 days - could be wrong. It does feel like a tapping the wheel RNS which is nice but why at this time? If we do see a placing in the next few days I think that we will have seen the comms strategy laid bare. I hasten to add that placings are not a bad thing - they are simply a feature of exploration companies - simple as that and nothing to be afraid of if you believe in the potential and have the ability to hold for the duration.

Just occurs to me that even though there are 100s of miners out there, GGP has to be one of the most well known to the AIM market and average UK investor. Once we are producing or close to production, this probably going to be one of the easiest doors to open for new money because it’s already gone down in investor folklore one of the best multi bagger’s of probably the last decade. Add in the story about the share size of the deposit and I think that the GGP brand as such will carry a premium over and above its peers.

Could be wrong - but hope not!
