If it is CGPs (malevolent) plan to drip feed the markets shares everyday, this sp will stay here all Summer. There is no way PI demand can take 100m shares dripped out over a few months. Any self respecting broker (and Solg have a lot in their stable) should be doing a ring round of all instos trying to get them to take this slug off CGP and then we can get back to a fair sp, whatever that is. Maybe CGP are not interested in getting max price, but rather suppressing the sp for as long as possible. If so I wouldnt want to own any CGP with that sort of management think. It also just emboldens the PI to sell rallies. Not a good state of affairs, but then thats what comes when NM makes enemies. IMHO of course!

Zoros, you definitely don’t want to wish for too many posts and posters. Big gains attract a lot of muppets. The list of holders also hasn’t helped with the rubbish written. The guy with 180m is a serious trader. He did have 240m once.
It’s quite possible that Solgold will get back to exploring and lots of drill reports, which Might get the share back to being responsive to news.

Hi FTJNY, ha then I could never sell the shares! Actually I have sold some and down to 30 now. Even bought a few more today as expected a bigger re rate which should come in next few days. I will try and get time to read the report and get a synopsis out. Think it’s about the FN deal and placing. Obvs not earth shattering

Not sure if anyone has seen this but Hannam have produced an update on Solgold. Target price is 109p. Havent read the whole thing yet - a couple of pages. Bit tied up with that massively overvalued company GGP!!!

I think the whole interview is scripted, and by GH. He used to moan about the market not getting it, he doesnt say that any more! Nothing on Scally, the Martu, Covid or other issues that a good journo would press him on.
But he always likes to leave you with something, and the news shortly phrase, was a good clue - imho!

If we assume that NCs rise today is all due to Hav and todays announcement, the equivalent rise in GGP, taking into account the 70/30 ownership and e/rate, should be 7.8p.
Obviously thats assuming that GGP didnt get ahead of NC in the past.
However you want to slice it, this is a cheap price. IMHO!!
