Apologies for being late to the party. In your analysis of this afternoon where you get to about 50p I don’t think you added in the calculation for specific gravity! So that number if you accept your various assumptions (which incidentally I think are too high) is about 2.7 times too low. Sorry if someone else has already spotted this.
Using your dimensions but $200 3g and only 75% mineralisation I get to 55p. So almost back to your numbers. Coincidentally.

Opulentia, I find myself at Groundhog Day. I agree that Solgold have way more tons and ounces, but to compare you have to think what % of nav/npv would an Ecuadorean deposit trade at? Then take into account what jonathan guy said about Aussie assets - that they go for 2.5 times nav. Then assess the quality of the management and whether they have delivered on their promises etc etc. The market says one thing and others say different. Maybe you should buy a lot more Solgold? Seems a no brainer based on what posters here think.

Sclemiel, I would say thats almost certainly the case. It might take a while to extricate themselves though. Months not weeks would be my guess.

I am not saying that Solg is not cheap. Its dirt cheap, but its priced here for a reason(s).
Other companies are priced for their reasons too and you can compare and contrast if you want but you need to get the facts right first. All the information is available in the usual places. I am not tipping other stocks, nor this one!

I think he was on the wrong side of the door, not at the table at all. He and NC are being made to look like idiots. This is no way to treat a major company or a fellow board member. He will be gone in a week, and BHP can have NCs shares if they want. Maybe NC bid 10p for the company, thus allowing BHP to enter the fray and put us all out of our misery..

Watch various you tube videos on mining/block caving. Follow paddy on twitter and look at the satellite stuff. Read hannam and Numis notes on ggp if you can. Then ask some (sensible ) questions. News next weds so you have a busy weekend...

In the last webinar Ingo said they would use some of the FN money for exploration. Also NM said he didn’t want to raise equity at these prices which was about 26p.

I think you should nearly always adjust your buying and selling prices to the facts at the time. Say scally hit something big. Shares go to 30p. That might be a screaming buy etc etc
