Curious isn't it...21 Oct 2021 21:26
Curious isn't it that trying to talk the share down - so as (in theory) to save money buying cheaper, is unethical.
...whereas trying to talk the share up - so as (in theory) to make more money selling higher, is fine.
Anyway, despite having a very busy day, I read all this morning's posts over lunch, and since getting home, have just read this afternoon's offerings. I have to say, Mr. P's forecast last night (which doesn't appear to have been adequately acknowledged), about today being 'Major Blue' was 'bang-on-the-money'. When I first read that yesterday, I thought "hmmmm - forecasting a rise based of 14 of the last 16 trades of the day being buys, is plain daft". Had the SP fallen, I may have been minded to extend a little gentle ribbing. However, that would have been childish on my part. As it is, I must give credit where credit is due. Well called Sir.
Right, how does this sound:
If there is no RNS in the morning, the SP will have been seen to rise from 47.5 to 54.75 on FOMO and sentiment - but nothing of substance. I foresee a couple more pence being added early on tomorrow, before a bit of a re-trace. At which point (though the plan is still fluid - subject to a girl changing her mind), I intend to sell some. I have managed to make quite a bit recently, and there's nothing wrong with taking a bit off the table.
One other thing. Someone mentioned naked shorting going on. Does anyone have a handle on how much of this is happening - I'd like to think that this practice - which I do consider unethical, has caught out anyone involved - and that they regret their actions.
