So what do we think is L Stroll's vision, is it to be like Maclaren by selling fast posh cars and also F1 , or is it to be an F1 team and to sell fast top range cars.
Maclaren are in the press today trying to raise money to stay afloat, without a pay back from F1 they couldn't survive on just posh cars but to stay in F1 they need to spend millions to take part.
If L Strolls aim is first F1 they will need to spend maybe £200- £300m and to be in the money they will need to finish in what about 3-4 th place which is unlikely in the first / season. So could they survive on street cars alone for a few years.All seems a bit of a gamble.

The debt doesn't pose any problems for years, most / all of it is in bonds and covered untill about 2025 with some due in 2022, but there are NO banks or anyone else pushing for repayment.
They have good profits and free cash so debt shouldn't be a problem.

Yes I think the ave battery for a normal car is about £65 and there must be about £30 mark up on that so for the AA to charge £95 they could have made £40 - £50 profit. Now that's good business for AA but not if you r the 1 paying.

There will be no shortage of renewals and a few weeks there will be thousands of cars back on the roads, Have you read Direct line in the last week or so they own Green Flag and the renewals are up and doing well , so there shouldn't be any problems with AA.
There have been posters on here saying the AA has been called out to many people with flat batteries and that has cost them more in overheads, but I bet the AA have taken the opportunity to sell them new car batteries and made loads more profit. So there are always 2 sides to every story and AA could come out of this better off.

As a listed business we remain fully compliant with the listing rules and I can therefore confirm that there is no stock specific reason for the share price movement today. Unfortunately, the share price movement has been led by the wider market moves, the FTSE is currently down 4% and heading for its worst week of trading since March. We announced our results last week which included a review of our current performance since the lockdown restrictions were imposed by the Government. We stated that our performance remains resilient under the circumstances and currently expect to deliver Trading EBITDA slightly below last year. As a cash generative business, we continue to have access to good levels of liquidity and remain well within our covenants.

But the cost of these at £88k+ still came out of his bonus and his pocket, so NOT Free.
He paid over 29 p so not a discounted price and he could have just taken the money instead.
If he had waited or had a vision of todays price he could have got a lot more for the same £88k
Still shows faith in AA.

Now that's not free or part of any incentive.

You keep going on about the company going bust etc etc but you are just trying to convince yourself because you don't understand their debt.
Most / all of their debt is based on Bonds the next one dew is 2022 and others are solid until 2025, they are making good profits and have free cash and headroom if they need it and NO banks are calling anything in. So nothing is going to pull them off their plan to turn AA around.
Now do you understand that or shall many of us try to explain it again, but you do make us laugh with you silly views.

Some 4.7m sold and 7m+ bought so there is demand for this stock

Yes that was lucky, I thought about buying in there at about 50p but changed my mind and topped up here at about 28p after seeing a director buy.
I know there are people selling but there are also big buys taking up those sales, and also the total market is down but I still think this will be ok in a few months at least 40p.

Yes it does look like you are posting rubbish every few mins, either you don't understand AA's business or your just a shorter looking to get in at some time or maybe you never buy any shares and posting for fun, good luck to you and I hope it's giving you some pleasure.
There have been of cause some large buys this last week with a Director buying what about 200,000, then there was a 1 million buy after after on one day then there was a 5 million buy on Wednesday so some do have faith. But like all share they go up & down maybe soon they will start to go up again.

There is nothing wrong with this stock, the hole market is down because the city have just come to terms with how much debt the uk will have in the years to come.
Everyone thought it was / is a great idea for the government to pay everyone out of the coffers but didn't realise just who / who was going to pay it back. Should all come good in 12-18 months, we hope.

So the same as yesterday, they lowered the price all day to fill a big order, that very large buy is not the ut end of day trade.
So someone is a big buyer and it could be the same buyer as yesterday, let's wait for an rns in the next few days. This must now be seen as a good time to buy before te sp goes back up.

Surely Simon Breakwell is in a much better position than the city / brokers and knows what's going on here, If he has put his hand in his pockets to the tune of over £80 k buying shares at 29p+ he must have faith in the sp going up over the next 3-6 months. So I am happy to hold and put my faith in him for now.

I think I am correct in saying now Lawrence Stroll owns 25% and has in the rns said they will probably need more money, so surely that will mean L Stroll putting in more and maybe up to 30% which would mean a full takeover offer by him. So that could mean the end of a british brand and then be a Canadian own brand.

We saw the same sort of trading yesterday, it started up a little then went down all day to finish with a very big buy of over 1m after hrs,
I think we will see the same today, someone is wanting to buy big volumes and the mm are just droping the sp to fill orders, so are we going to get another big buy after hrs today?

I just think the city will push this down more now with NO prospect of any profits and more dilution.

If after the rns anyone is expecting AML to be making any profits or divi's in the next 2-3 years I think they will be in for a shock.
