Well there are so many growths and %'s with a few downs it all looks good and the bod's seem delighted, but they would say that wouldn't they. Good divi as expected and what they promised but again I bet the market take it down for a while maybe time to buy a few more when that happens, what's the bet 84p ish.

This position hasn't changed for the last 6 months and I hold my hands up to all those that think they will come out on top.
It's all about timing and gamble, if you can buy a few and make a few bob while it's still trading good luck but at some stage the doors will close and you money will be locked in and lost. So get another quick trade in and make money if the spread is ok, but one needs to keep a very close eye on this because the panic button needs to be ready.

Oh Dear, it does look like the BOD have almost run out of options now which could mean a huge billions of new shares at 1p-2p and a very large consolidation leaving shareholders with nothing.
But I also guess there will still be some big buyers betting they will still make a killing.

But I don't know how. !!!
So for all those looking for 5p+ and business going forward after seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

But at the end of the day any business is only worth what someone is prepared to pay.
Cine currently only has a MC of £64m and debt what £5bn -£40bn. So if anyone does want to buy it they will want a bargin price that they can/ will make profit from.
I still think someone will buy this for 2p-4p max and take on debt, then raise / list another few billiuon shares and then a big consolidation of 10 or 20 times making any current shares / private shareholders worthless and onbly moving forward on the new shares.

So it seems there has been a lot of extra work done for very little return and a loss for the full year. Now looks like you will have to wait until 2024 for any profits if we are lucky , because there could well be more changes needed if and when the market changes again

So they don't look that bad . OK big profits this time and big Tax bill which is what 75% on all british made profit and the profit is only about £8 per customer in the UK plus the windfall tax extended to 2028. Divi only another 2p.
Not sure this will do great things for the SP knowing that they will be clobbered with tax for another 5 years.

But many/most have forgoten the debt here, it's not about whos going to bid the most it's more about who's going to take on all that debt.!!!!
In the interim they lost over £200m , and have what billions of debt so it's iether going to be admin and everything sold off to pay debts or 2p-4p and take on debt. Let's see what happens.

It stikes me that there are now far too many companies all getting in on the act of streaming / live TV / premium servies/ phones / broadband and everything else you can think of in selling these to customers.
There now needs to be some big consolidations with ITV being taken out at £2.50 a share , then I would be happy so bring it on.

So they think VOD is undervalued now as we all do, but what do they thinks it worth or should be now £1.20 ish ? and that could be where we are going in the next few weeks.

hi fleccy, I agree 100% with you. I was having a go at another who keeps bringing up the Brexit word. For gods sake it's done and dusted and theres no going back , we just have to work with it and make it work for us long term.
