The Proxy Form is on Kibo’s Website, yes (see below). It is much easier to phone your broker and go through the resolutions with them and if they are holding your nominated shares for you they can they lodge your votes for you with Kibo’s Share Register, that’s how I am doing it. I’ll be voting against all resolutions. I think we need to send a clear message to the BoD that this can’t go on.

I agree we now need big change, we live in a world where PI’s on AIM can no longer support a mass South African Gravy Train, which this is. I have no issues with Coetzee staying on, actually, I think there are assets there to be delivered, but that would have to be at the helm of a much reduced BoD / Snr Management Structure.

It’s time to cut the company down to size, and that has to start with a defeat at the EGM.

Once a BoD / CEO has proposed an EGM and Resolutions, can he withdraw this prior to the EGM being held or is this now locked in and it now has to unfold no matter what?

Not a peep out of LC or this company for months in end, today, it looks like he could have a bit of a problem looming at the EGM and low and behold, up pops Sharetalk to tells us there are ‘looking to catch up with Louis Coetzee from @KiboEnergy to update shareholders #KIBO’ give me strength.

SGB, every part of this is wrong! Taking aside any Machiavellian ideas we may all have (justified or not) in the cold light of day we are being asked to authorise a limitless amount of shares for what reason we are not told and give the BoD / Snr Management a pay out in shares for 643K Euros at a later to be defined price when we weren’t even told previously that they were deferring pay for well over a year.

Much, much lower than this baraboy123, if you also believe shares have been forward sold with no authorisation then you should be voting against this anyway as you’d want to be here for the short squeeze that would unfold (just my opinion, a real possibility here, why else ask for 5 billion shares new money authorised shares?).

I think it says a lot for these EGM Proposals when a LTH and level head like yourself wants to vote against them. PI's here hold 100's of millions of shares. It's our company, and we should defend our best interests, this is not in our best interests.

Yes please, voting against all 14 makes the most sense, we want to stop the both the BoD giveaway shares and also increasing the shares in issue to 50 billion new shares. I have more than a suspicion that they have already forward sold a great deal of shares for the next placing, despite having no authorisation to do so, if i am right and this proposals are voted down we may even be lucky enough to have a short squeeze. Thanks.

This is our one chance to salvage something from this company, there are decent assets here, Katoro, MED and Benga could see the MCAP multiples of here given the right news. But if these EGM Resolutions are passed they only ones who will gain from future news flows are the BoD, it’s not on. Having your BoD to have a sizable ‘skin in the game’ is wanted by PIs, but not at the utter destruction of your own shareholding under an opportunist raid at dawn. He will have no choice but to come back to the table with a better offer for LTHs.

Do it through your broker mate, that's how i am doing it, phone them up and they will take you through each vote and lodge your votes one by one then they lodge it with the Kibo Share Register.

Well done. Phoning your broker is the easiest way, that's what you are paying them commission for. Phone them up, 10 minutes and done. If you are against these actions of the BoD, please phone your broker or return the below form and take 10 minutes out your day to safe guard your investment and get them to return to the table with a better set of proposals.

I completely agree, if he was to come back and propose 0.45p per share for example I wouldn’t be spitting the bullets I am now, this is pure opportunism under the cover of Covid-19.

But, he has decided to go down this route, so blood bath by proxy it is. Yaki has more shares than the BoD combined, my shares on top of that we are at 1.5 times that, if 6/8 large shareholders vote this is defeated and we get him back to the negotiation table and dare I say reality.

By voting this down we get him back to the table to propose something much better.

As per the Placing RNS of 21 October, the BoD / Snr Management only have 53,266,800 shares, Shumba have none / won’t vote, Sanderson didn’t vote last year (they won’t this) as they are lining up the placing following the EGM, this can easily be defeated if PIs vote!

Yaki on the other side has already confirmed he is voting against this debacle, that’s already 5%+, we only need a few of the other large carrying PIs to fill in the Proxy Form (dead simple, see below) and we can easily beat this, Shumba don’t have any shares and Sanderson have probably already forward sold most / all of there’s anyway.
