As PI’s start a shareholder action? Stinks. There is no doubt in my mind that Sanderson and a myriad of bucket shops are now seriously in the hole with the amount of shares they have forward sold and needthese shares back. If I’m right and the EGM goes south for the BoD watch fire works happen.

Reading back through the AGM Result of the last 4 years, there is no reason we cannot defeat the BoD here. Last year was squwed by Yaki’s 50m shares and the year before that Shumba had 153,710,030 shares to vote with, we won’t conted with that now.

On a worst case scenario (and pretending for a moment that Sanderson haven’t forward sold any shares) we would need to defeat the 53m and 175m both the BoD and Sanderson hold respectively. That means we must hit 228m shares to beat them. We can do this if we all vote on the BB.

Yes, Irish law, we are registered in Eire, therefore, it has to be in Ireland. It does not, however, have to be in Dublin at 11am on a Monday morning during a Pandemic, that is just devious and cynical. No one can attend and I guess they thought that shareholders where too brow-beaten by now to give a **** or to occupied with survival during lockdown.

The plan is in Ireland to open hotels back up again on 20 July, so I guess they thought get it in now, before they ‘miss their chance’.

If we don't like what transpires the AGM is in July(ish) we can just vote him and the BoD down. Deecay is right, concentrate on this first and then if it comes to it we can pull the trigger at the AGM.

I don’t want to get too caught up on all of this, Bcl, as it’s not important at this stage. I don’t like the 14 No. EGM Resolutions, and I will be voting against them.

I also want to see what happens here when there aren’t billions of shares to replace the billions of shares already forward sold by our ‘phantom’ seller. Which, I am convinced has happened.

It probably doesn’t matter at this point, but I’m with SGB on this, I actually think there is something decent of value to be salvaged here with Moz, MED and Katoro. I don’t want rid of CEO or the CFO, I want the company pulled down to size and taken forward from there. If we can vote the EGM down he’ll be forced to come back with a much leaner company. Which is what we all want.

The AGM will be too late. All the damage will be done at the EGM. Who, in their right minds, wants to allow a CEO, under god knows what influence from their go to Funders a 25 times increase in authorised share capital? What the **** is he intending to do with that kind of authority?

It makes you wonder just how many shares have been forward sold here?

643kEuro, so based on the last set of accounts they have held back some 70% of wages to be used as and when you feel like it to be used? This point is linked to the first point.

It will probably require somewhere in the order of 200m votes for us to be safe in order to beat the BoD / Sanderson shares (on the safe side, I’m convinced Sanderson have sold down extensively). It will need every PI to play there part.

You should all check out the KAT Annual Results btw, LC and the BoD there have all given themselves 100% wages rises in 2019 from 2018 lol. If you didn’t laugh you’d cry.
