Even with everything coming together I would be very surprised if this reaches 50p in 3 years time, especially with the current management. They are not active enough with promoting the company and their slow rate with building more plants is very cautious....too cautious, and we hear very little about further developments with their chemical side....lots of promises, but then nothing.

I would be very happy to be proved wrong but I appreciate your thoughts on this matter Mesquida.

What if one came in for 50p?

Jam2morrow.... This is an extract from 14th August RNS now stating it is Cuprum Metals and they do indeed have 6 months, but wouldn't be surprised if this is extended a little because it may be a little tight to get everything done there end....

Further to grant of an exclusive call option to Axis Mining & Minerals Pty Ltd to acquire 100% of the Leigh Creek Copper Mine ("LCCM") as announced on 24 April 2025 ("Call Option"), Strategic Minerals announces that the parties have agreed, at the request of the Call Option holder, to novate the Call Option to South Pacific Mineral Investments Pty Ltd trading as Cuprum Metals ("Cuprum").

Subsequently, Cuprum (now, the "Purchaser") is bound by and must comply with all the provisions of the Call Option.

As previously announced, under the terms of the Call Option, which is exercisable for a period of six months (or such longer period as may be agreed by the parties), the Purchaser may elect to acquire 100% of LCCM for an initial payment to Strategic Minerals of A$1.9 million in cash. The Purchaser anticipates completing a listing on the Australian Securities Exchange upon which it will, if the Call Option is exercised, issue shares to Strategic Minerals equivalent to 19.9% of the listed vehicle up to a maximum value limit of A$3 million*. The Purchaser will also pay an earn-out to Strategic Minerals equivalent to A$4 million ("Earn-Out Consideration") to be paid on a half yearly basis from the commencement of commercial production from LCCM with each half yearly payment to be the equivalent of 20% of net free cash flows from the prior period.

Let's try not to sound too rampy. It puts off potential investors looking in. And we need investors here, not traders.

Very happy with these results. Will be great when they start to get the drill results and then they will have plenty to market and shout about and get a new updated website with PR to increase massively.

I think we all know how undervalued IOF is? Out of interest, if our Mr USA Big is planning a bid, or indeed, if others are planning to make a bid, what are people's genuine acceptance price, based on today's current share price?

I would accept around £0.50 or there abouts because I can not see this go any further with Tom and current management.

Very bullish Prop. Since the call I have picked up another 2 million in various amounts as funds became available.

It is nearly complete Prop. This was one of things mentioned on my call with Mark.

Really looking forward to the developments coming here over the next couple of months. Results from drills will start to get the news flowing, with hopefully more press releases and interviews from a variety of our management team. Also having a new website very soon will sharpen our image, which is very much needed in this day and age. Overhang looks like it has finally cleared now...now we need some constant buying to get our share price at a more realistic value.

No they wouldn't. They were blocked a few years back with fall out and they will be blocked again. This technology will not go into Chinese hands. But this is just my opinion.

It was always known about the security risk, hence why the China joint venture, collaboration, failed before.

I do not know for one minute the full ins and out of listing/delisting/suspension from the markets, but maybe the government may suggest/request this whilst things are all up in the air.

Maybe the Government may suggest, here's another £1million, get on with it...but then I ask the question, how long will it last and is it really enough to possibly turn things around.

Not many shares left to do a raise, but it's a better price than yesterday so they could get a few pounds. Again, it would last long...

So, a buyer is needed, with big pockets to keep this in the UK and I wouldn't mind betting the government may have asked a few companies in defence or aviation, and would us paltry shareholders get anything.

I so want to agree with you because being invested many times here and hold a little punt gamble, but I'm not so sure it is a company saving announcement. All of the IP, patents, and technical know how can be sold by the liquidators and VRS wound up.

Yes there is still a very slim chance, which is why I still have a few on a gamble punt.

Great to see the family Manners buy on the open market. Would be great to see others do the same, even if it is just a gesture. It shows the market how undervalued this is.

And all before hopefully a busy couple of months of some drill results, with marketing and PR because the will then have more to talk about.

Personally, I had a little top up yesterday, and will finish today when funds clear.

I feel this will be a very interesting and exciting few months ahead.

You are 100% correct Number6 and those were virtually Mark's words this morning.

All staff have been pretty poorly looked after by previous management. This is a way to incentivise and retain keys members of staff. Yes it is low, but I am happy with the explanations.

My only thought regarding this is the price is set too low. Markets will see this. We were already at 0.45p in April before the raise. Personally, I would of preferred it set higher at 0.75 - 1.00pence. But just my opinion.
