As a recent medium to long term holder again, just putting it out there that I am still holding and looking forward to hearing more progress....with a little hope that the silence from the company means they are very busy...fingers crossed.

I am hoping we get a little more details on yesterday's great RNS with an interview from Steve later today.

Things are starting to come together as the turnaround starts to gain track.

Monies still to come from South Korea

Monies still to come from possible company sales of AAC & TC

Monies still to come from recent sale contracts

Monies still to come from possible new sales

.....and let's not forget all the hard work and possible monies coming in from Spain that seems to be gathering at a faster pace.

All looking even more undervalued now.

I do not post much on bulletin boards because I find them infested with many unsavoury types. I am an investor that has made money previously on VRS and I feel the time has come again, but I haven't invested anything that I cannot afford to lose.

It is really good to see them increasing their holding.

I would not be surprised if we start to see others take a notifiable holding as word starts to get out of a slow turnaround in progress.

This for me is not a trading stock. I am holding for medium to long term, with pulling the odd bit out here and there to cover my original investment. I will keep a close eye on it this time around.

Please, let's try to avoid bringing childish playground arguments with others on here. We are all adults. There are not many, if any, public bulletin boards available for VRS that are not already full of "He said...She said....They said...". If you do not like something written about you, on a public anonymous bulletin board, either block, report or simply ignore. It will make your life so much calmer.

Just to reassure you, probably not that you care, I don't know, but AAC has not discontinued operations. This is just for VRS accounts set up for sale purposes.

Like I have said, it is just my thoughts taken from accounts that are lodged yearly with companies house for AAC.

A little more time and I guess we will all see the true value but potential buyers should get a good price because they will be aware of VRS situation and VRS must be fighting hard to get their best price, hence the delay.

Thank you for your opinion Theanalyzer. Where did you get your figure of £88k at interim stage? I wasn't aware limited companies provided interim figures. I previously looked at the year end figures for AAC that were filed with companies house some time ago.

Business isn't growing you are correct, but companies looking to buy other companies are normally in the "buy and build" mode, and they have always had a good customer base, which has a value, and potential to grow for others that are more focused on it. Sometimes this is the most valuable asset for companies.

£500k I feel would last more than a few months with all the cost cutting they have been doing and without AAC, it will be even less. Let not forget the money coming from South Korea and the recent fund raise. It all adds up.

These are my thoughts from research and they could be wrong but I guess we will all find out soon enough.

Yes I do. Mine is less than your though. I am at 12k invested.

It may be less, which is the reason why it is taking so long or the buyers maybe playing hard ball knowing their current position.

In the current market, I would be surprised if AAC Cyroma would get much more than £500k. It could be less or it could be more, but the latter I doubt, but would be happily surprised.

No problem Lutra. I understand the temptation to buy more. I am the same but I will resist as it goes against my stockmarket investment rules and falls into the "greed" realm, which I am also against. Good luck with your holding and investment.

I am sorry my post isn't making much sense and didn't know it would get pulled apart so much. To be clear. I have 12k of my money invested. My first purchases were higher than the current share price and done a little top up when the latest fund raise was announced, bringing my average to 0.00125. I am not in profit at the moment but my hope is that this will change with time and luck on their side.

I understand your frustrations with how things have happened before with this share. I was a holder before and was fortunate to get out with a profit. Not as much as I could of done but I did get out.

My re-investment is fairly new and only started several weeks (month-ish) so I am currently in an ok position.

I am not in the business to suggest a possible average down time could now be the best opportunity because it could still go bust, so you have to make your own choices with regards to your investment.

My main reason for re-investing now is because I feel it can't go much lower and I 90% believe the current board could turn things around, but nothing is certain.

I am not going to start dragging them through the mud again and start listing all of their past mistakes they have made. Enough of that is done by the clowns over on the other site.

It is about here and now and whether I think they are reinvestable for me, nobody else. I am not here to give financial advice. I have simply stated what I have done. I have invested 12k here because I feel we are near the low point and I feel things could be turned around here quite quickly with the right opportunities. I am believe Steve Hodge and his team have what it takes to start to grow the graphene business. These are my thoughts and if I am wrong, I will readjust my holding, or if it goes bust, I lose 12k. I never invest what I can not afford to lose.

As I have previously said, I have been happy accumulating stock here again. I have been one of the lucky ones that made some money over past years.

I only invest what I can afford to loose, as should anybody do on this dodgy stock market with many dodgy people spouting there opinions as fact.

I now have £12k invested and won't be investing anymore after Wednesday's top up. My average is 0.0012.

My genuine feel is that it won't go much lower and the next fund raise is likely to be higher. I think this because they still have incoming funds from the past South Korea sale, hopefully more money coming in from upcoming business sales, and little trickle of sales coming in with new customers being lined up.

Yes there are risks and I recognise that, but despite what many state, not every stock we choose, can be a winner, but I know this company quite well from previous research and I am aware of all the mistakes they have made.

They just need the chance, and let's face it, a bit of luck, to get this off the ground.

This is my opinion as I have stated. I have been happily topping up a little every day or so, for the last 2 weeks. This has got way to cheap and completely forgetting the asset sales forthcoming. They are extremely close with selling AAC Cyroma which will give them great cover and get the share price starting to rise again, thus giving more time to gather momentum with their target markets. Yes they need more money, and yes it could be very tight, but the massive rule of investing is to never invest more than you can't afford to lose. Not everything is a winner, but I have a strong belief that this will turn around, and I don't mind playing around with 10k odd, because the potential gains could be massive from here. Just my thoughts and I don't mind anyone that disagrees. It's only investing money that I can afford to lose. All the best.
