Ramping shares with outlandish opinions does not attract possible new investors looking in. I really do wonder about some of the posters on LSE. Keep to the facts with the odd little excitement, but constantly repeating your own guff makes you look a fool.

A good thing would be if the share is not over ramped on here with repetitive multiple posts. It puts off investors when they look in here when they are researching. Keep to facts everyone.....please 🙏

In 12 months time + this will give us an incredible amount when sold, which in turn will give us undiluted funds for further exploration with drilling and MRE. I feel in 12 months time we will be wondering "why didn't I store away more".

I appreciate your response Chavitravi. Having good fundamentals is great, but not if they have to be executed by a dishonest board that under achieves on the day to day running and only seem interested in lining their own pockets.

Like I said earlier, my only suggestion is be careful with any investment. I would not be surprised if they come back to the market in 12 months time for more money. They have not achieved anything apart from over paying for a loss making business final percentage.

I wish all genuine holders well but please be careful of certain posters on here.t seems pretty obvious they are linked to the company and it seems the company does have leaks with probable insider trading that will be looked into be the FCA.

Everything has changed with trusting the management- Seeing proof of reduce sales and increased losses.

I scratch my head at anyone being positive with this current management.

He misled the market with that video and perceived that everything was rosy, which in turn encouraged shareholders to buy more shares and allow others in the know to get out before the announcement. This is not a way to run a company on the stock market and I know of many writing their concerns to the fCA.

They just seem to be there to line their own pockets and I wouldn't mind betting they will be back in 12 months time because they haven't increased sales enough to even make a profit still.

My suggestion is be careful. It may be ok for a quick trade but it is not a holding share at the moment with the current management.

What was wrong with them gaining revenue before over paying for the last percentage of the businesses? CEO can not be trusted after the misleading video he released to enable others in the know to get out before this ridiculous fund raise. That video encouraged others with false hope and shareholders purchased shares because of his encouraged words. Management can not be trusted and many were complicit to this. The trades weeks and months beforehand are now obvious.

The management have shown that they are not very good at the job. Terrible updated figures attached to the RNS at the bottom. Sales have dropped. They seem to be here to line their own pockets and should be treated as a huge avoid for all of your future investments. Such a shame because it has so much potential but I will not remain invested in a company that is run by people that can not be trusted and are not good at there job.

Really sorry to read this. I would suggest writing to the FCA. Not sure anything will be done, but simply with putting at that encouraging video the other week, suggesting everything was rosy, when it clearly wasn't, enabled the final people in the know to get out before this news was released. I brought more after the video and I know I wasn't the only one. I will also be writing to the FCA but doubt anything will be done. The company and all the board members will now go on the avoid.

FCA should look into the trades, you are right. But not just for the last few days. People in the know have known for a while and knew that it would be at this terrible price.

As I said yesterday, it was obvious to me that it was sellers and not just one seller. This obviously leaked and those in the know got out. Terrible deal and way over paid. Terrible management that has serious leaks in the company.

Agreed that it doesn't take too much to move this share, but disagree about distressed seller. This is bored sellers. Plural. Added some here to average down, but not sure about holding after results because this company currently seems very dull for such innovative products.

Currently, we do not know the progress. Only from the little YouTube video admittedly does profess to be progress but prove is yet to be shown. Just words at the moment. I am not sure this management is fully up to running a company on the stock market. You can not just show your progress on LinkedIn. It does not get the coverage and it is not dynamic at all for the stock market. Hearsay on progress is a long way away from showing actual progress. They have various companies to market. Let's see some marketing.

Unfortunately, we are currently in a life cycle of short-termism. Nobody has any patience. Companies and management need to keep their shareholders interested and engaged. If not, shareholders move on to others that do engage more and that are more social.

I am hoping the management have been learning some lessons that with the lack of engagement does not work on the stockmarket and how that simple little YouTube videos can change the direction of the share price, and encourage some to buy. I am hoping they have learnt that the more often they do things similar to this (social/video clip) they will keep an engaged bunch of happy shareholders.

Along with the new management, it is also worth noting they have also taken on Mark Burnett as Non Exec Director. He is Executive Director of SML and has transformed the company. He is also Dircetor for Mining at Rab Capital. Very well connected and knowledgeable and a huge asset to the companies transformation.

Great to see to actual update from the company, rather than the recent repetitive assumptions.

I grabbed a few yesterday because I saw the saw the bottom, but will also grab a few more today based on today's little update. Glad they see my point of getting out there a little bit more with PR. Let's hope this continues to improve so that they can get more long term shareholders on board.

I did kind of think the same thing that it can't go much lower when I brought in at 5p, and genuinely thought an RNS would be due very soon to stop the drop. Guess we are all waiting. Surely someone within the management team are aware that companies need to be more social nowadays, and if they're not, this creates concern. Good luck to you Chavitravi 🙏

As a new investor (December) I am wondering whether it is a share worth staying invested in, only purely because of the silence on all fronts which is raising questions for me and others. Management, PR, tweets, literally nothing. Not even having an RNS since October. Doesnt having an update of any sorts concern others? Maybe I should of done more research on this. Does anyone know a good email address to write to that actually responds? The constant share price drift and the more sells than buy days, proves I am not the only one thinking this?? Thoughts??

It has been an interesting few trading days here whilst I have been watching and slowly accumulating. The chunky sells paused on Thursday afternoon. Not around Friday, not around yesterday which caused a little increase in the share price from the buys, and it seems they are not around today as of yet and the few little buys again, have increased the share price a little.

I have not sold any of mine from £0.003 average and have no intention of selling any of mine for at least 12 months. Not even top slicing. My research from the start hasn't changed. It has only improved with more RNS'S.

I know there are many like me holding onto many of their shares. So maybe some need to do a little more research and see the scope of how big this can actually be with the Duchy lamd prospects as well. And that's without thinking about Cobre and the Australia listing 🤯

Very happy with today's news. As others have said, once Spreadex have finished (not sure that will be long but they may now hold on to a few) and with assay results incoming, I think this will be a lively few months here.
