This is a class company and would be an excellent strategic fit alongside a competitor like FTI Consulting. I’ve dealt with members of the team and came away seriously impressed—there’s real quality there.
Yes, I understand the usual excuses about small caps: brokers don’t cover them, journalists don’t pay attention. But that’s only half the story. Companies in far less interesting sectors manage to generate visibility. This one operates in a genuinely newsworthy space—there is no shortage of angles if they choose to use them.
The real issue is execution. The current PR approach clearly isn’t cutting through. If they’re serious about profile and valuation, they should ditch the financial PR agency and bring in a credible ex–business journalist in-house—someone who understands how stories land, not just how to circulate a release.
At the moment, the business is better than its narrative. That’s a fixable problem—but only if they treat it as one.
