I suspect we will hear more about the Bagr and Ruyi relationship once the deal has been finalised on 31st August 2018.. its going to be very big, and beneficial for both parties.

I find it odd that the only member of the board, the CEO is holding 1.5M shares in the company. This is the former Financial director, one you'd think has a decent understanding of ECRs financial position. Can't see anything in the latest finance strategy or recent placeholding whereby board members are set to gain financially. Where's their incentive?
