Why are you concerned about not being able to do a dummy sell? if you want out do a kill fill at market rate, I am sure the market makers will want your shares if you set your limit to 1.9 below the bid

Just down to supply and demand.. if you want to sell then do a kill/fill sell order and specify a sell limit and you'll be able to sell any amount via HL at market rate.. (no less than your sell limit)

Some PI on advfn claiming they sold 7.5M shares on Friday.. got cold feet after the last two holdings announcement. Which in my opinion were insignificant.. i'd only be concerned if Milton sold having been involved in the last placing at 3.5p

That's $3.3M if you are capable of doing the maths, the Chinese have also stated that they are committed to completing the deal by 31st August 2018 with remaining $13.2M to be paid

Ruyi with the planned capacity will potentially save over $9M then there is the markup to wholesale costs.. not surprising Ruyi are keen to do the deal, they will get their original investment back within 2 years just in savings alone.

Agree entirely, this is a £5.9M MCAP company on the verge of receiving £12.68M or $16.5M working capital that's a massive windfall for a small company like Bagir which will go a long way in a country like Ethiopia.. labour cost for expansion is minimal, there's also zero import duty for textile companies looking to expand and setup in Ethiopia..

On completion and money in the bank, you'll be looking at a rerate back to 4p and possible spike to 6p

Why on earth is it a concern? it has only been 2 weeks since Bagir announced that Ruyi are committed to complete the deal by 31st August? not only that provided an additional $1.65M

We must be waiting on Ruyi for information and thumbs up to proceed..

At the time of the final results announcement on 7 March 2018 Bagir confirmed that it had prepared the necessary shareholder circular (the "Circular") and notice of EGM in order to approve the full investment by Shandong Ruyi Group and was waiting for details of the proposed directors to be nominated by Shandong Ruyi to be provided to Bagir in order to be able to dispatch the Circular to shareholders. Shandong Ruyi has subsequently provided details of certain proposed directors to be nominated to Bagir's board and Bagir remains in discussions on the exact composition of its Board moving forwards.

At the same time, Bagir awaits Shandong Ruyi's confirmation on certain information to be included in the Circular relating to Shandong Ruyi as well as the confirmation of which entity within Shandong Ruyi's group is proposed to be the shareholder in Bagir.
