Strategically the Company's future has been potentially transformed by the agreement with Shandong Ruyi and their proposed $16.5 million investment into the business.

The Board believes that an important element in Shandong Ruyi seeking to form a partnership with Bagir was the 100% ownership of the Ethiopian manufacturing base which the Group signed in February 2017. Gaining total control of this important asset has enabled the Company to accelerate its development and investment plans and this is expected to continue once the new capital is received from Shangdong Ruyi.

Ethiopia offers significant commercial advantages as a manufacturing base given its tariff free trade and low production costs combined with good connectivity for onward distribution. The potential is clear and most recently the Company has invested in 3200 TRS production lines which are expected to be fully operational in 2018.

Going into the second half of 2017 and into 2018, the Company views its first mover advantage in Ethiopia as potentially transformative to its medium-to-long term prospects. The planned development of the 3200 TRS production lines in order to be able to produce larger volume orders remains on schedule to be installed by the end of 2017 and to be fully operational during H1 2018.

I am expecting to hear more about Ethiopia in the next coming weeks leading up to the next trading update.

If you remember back in July the SP dropped from 4p, as the company's production lines were unable to produce the volumes required to secure large contracts.. I am expecting a significant turnaround with the Chinese backing towards end of 2018.

As far as I am concerned AXA are out. I am not going to get drawn I to an argument about the bid and offer price because large institutions deal directly with the MMs and therefore irrelevant. There is plenty of evidence indicating AXAs change of investment strategy and there has been well over 15mil in late trades since last Wednesday.

Generally I would disagree with your findings but you forgot to add that the SP did actually shoot up early morning and I think 2.69 was the highest paid on that day.. therefore I think you might be right, perhaps it was a buy.

Just the one late trade from the 20th (Friday) for 3,500,000.. i can't remember the bid/offer at that time but it's probably a sell.

while 3p is my derisked value, I am happy to load up anywhere between 2.5p and 3p purely because I can see the SP reaching double figures. the deal is transformational and opens up new opportunities for the Bagir group.. which ultimately will result in significant orders and strong growth in the long term

The areas of the land of the properties owned by NGSC is 50,240sqm and consist of two main buildings (current production facility) and additional three small facilities to support the production (Offices, Dining Room and Clinic) – total of 8600sqm. Presently, the land is fully utilized but there is land available for expansion within the compound.

I was also thinking the site could be expanded, but unable to locate the site in Ethiopia to determine whether expansion was an option. anyone got the address?
