Yep, you're correct looks like they updated the page since I last looked.. there's also slight mistake on the page too.. the actual combined total is 85.93%

so very limited float, especially when the 10% buy back kicks off.

I was looking at the company's website earlier to determine who the major share holders are..

There are 12 major shareholders with a combined holding of 64.84% of the available shares
2.26% held by the board and directors
and the percentage of shares not in public hands is 13.4%.. that's a combined total of 80.5%

So, should the proposed 10% buy back result in only 10% being available for PI's?

There's 59.8Mil shares in issue, that would result in 5.98Mil being publically available.. if I've got my maths right this could fly pretty quickly on low volume.

Very nice! I have every confidence we shall do well here! It seems IOG are getting a lot of good publicity at the moment and deservedly so. Won't be long before we step up from 20p zone, I'm surprised we are not already around 30 ~ 40p from my point of view the Thames pipeline is pretty much derisked. Just need the remaining data to support the FDP and final investment decision. I doubt it will be long before we hear about the Bacton terminal acquisition.

I did initially think that these trades were buys, but It's possible that these are GE Oil and Gas holdings that are being sold today. 650k today 500k last Friday.. we could see 663,232 trade over next two days which would clear their remaining holding. As you say something is holding back the SP and I suspect it's the remaining GE stocks.

I'm actually pleased with today's performance, volume was solid again and we've bounced back from yesterday's late afternoon drop. I will be happy for this to continue into next week consolidating around 22p levels, which will give the rsi a chance to cool down. I can't see IOG releasing news next week, it's bank holiday and half term starts. I think our pipeline news will drop second week in June GLA

I take no pleasure in this but the 500k trade took place at 14:04:48 21.95 per share.. last buy took place at 14:00:16 for 32,1967 with SP of 22.40.. following the 500k trade the bid dropped. Personally happy to see large sells now before the pipeline integrity news is announced. Of which I am highly confident that the news will be good..

It was a sell, probably GE Oil and Gas Ltd clearing out the remaining holdings.. they had 1,813,232 remaining as of last reported tr1.. not too concerned
