Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Not to be a pedant, but FYI CaveatEmptor CB actually stated in the podcast it (mineralisation) begins around 78m

Doesn't make a huge difference but thought you'd want the info :)
I understand your point of view, however I don't agree with you...
"Something other than hole 1 which won't effect anything fundamentally until the 3 holes of phase 1 are analysed in the lab and reported back to us ."
- if mineralisation extends past our targets, I'd suggest it's a given that WILL in fact effect us fundamentally as the ore body we're drilling will clearly be bigger than initially expected meaning the subsequent drills would at that point be building on an an incredibly positive result.
" If the mineralisation continues to the planned total hole depth of 815m we will just continue to drill until we drill through all the mineralisation."

Either way, I'm happy with the current results of 500m+ of mineralisation so far...
QueensLandWinner -
It's your prerogative to be wary of Sanderson and indeed to question deal structures... however, I'd suggest that by turning up out of the blue claiming you know more about XTR deals than the rest of us (FYI some of us have been here for years and know the company pretty well by this point), whilst in fact being completely incorrect and pushing a (imo) negative agenda you're treading a thin line between other posters thinking you're a legitimate investor with concerns, or in fact just a trader looking to knock sentiment to get a cheaper buy in.
All I'm saying is I know what my moneys on.
I'd suggest that in future you actually read the RNS's you're so sure about before trying to convince everyone you know best.
QueensLandWinner, sorry we're not able to 'pick up on the Sanderson , Funding Facility in the same way the poster " BlueBallsnall and yourself have'
Pretty awkward that you're completely wrong whilst maintaining you know more about this than other posters..
"The Company is not obliged to make any drawdowns under the Facility"
"Repayment
Unless otherwise converted, the Company must repay each Loan Tranche on the first anniversary of the advance by the Lender of the applicable Loan Tranche for each Tranche ("Maturity Date"). The Company may prepay the whole or part of the Facility on any day prior to the Maturity Date for a Loan Tranche upon giving not less than 14 days' prior written notice to the Lender and paying in cash a prepayment fee of 5% of the amount which the Borrower prepays in cash before the Maturity Date. The Lender can during the 14 days' notice period make an election for all or part of the Loan subject to a prepayment notice to be repaid in Shares in which case the 5% fee shall not apply to that proportion of the Loan repaid in Shares."

Certainly sounds that way CE.. I've been open about holding the belief that XTR has been undervalued for a pretty long time, regardless of the other strings to our bow, the more I hear about Bushranger, the more ridiculous our current MCap seems.
Bring on the next few days...
That's the thing with charting CE - it only accounts for share price movement over a period of time, in my opinion its not hugely effective as it does not necessarily consider the driver of the movement.
If XTR come to the market with continued mineralisation/drilling on this target (or on the other hand news from other projects re cashflow etc) then the chart goes out the window as valuation models take over.
Still interesting to see what chartists are thinking though, thanks for sharing!
Apologies, it's not over 500m... yet.
"The disseminated copper mineralisation, which commenced at a down hole depth of 110m, has continued to the current hole depth of 607m so we now have nearly 500m of mineralisation in this first drill hole which is very encouraging."
Just in case anyone needs this RNS translating/for the avoidance of doubt:
BRDD-20-001 showing continued mineralisation for over 500m so far is proof of concept:
http://www.rns-pdf.londonstockexchange.com/rns/3902L_1-2021-1-12.pdf
CB doing a good job of keeping us lot informed - key points I'm taking from this RNS:
- Significant copper mineralisation commenced in drill hole BRDD-20-001 at a depth of 110m and continues to the current depth of the drill hole at 607m
- Drilling operations are progressing at a significant pace with drill hole BRDD-20-001 advancing at a rate of 80-90m per 24-hour period
-If drill hole BRDD-20-001 remains mineralised at the planned total depth of 815m, then drilling will continue until the mineralisation has been drilled through.

Found a Zebra in Kensington so I guess it looks like the stars are aligning... well, the planets at least...?
Remember to do your own research folks, you never know what you might find ;)
You all seem pretty desperate to drag me into an argument...
Want my view that badly?
Ok, the company needs cash to develop it's assets at a good pace in order to increase their value/work towards potential sales: https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/XTR/issue-of-equity-01t8qcgwv89gslw.html
Due to Covid-19, there is uncertainty over timescales, it seems sensible to subsequently have the ABILITY to fund the company further should we need it, without tying ourselves to it - should we not: https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/XTR/funding-facility-ejpywjz1jvzb852.html
Add into the mix the, well I'll save my personal views... Tom Winnifrith and you have our current situation.
All I'm saying is it doesn't take a genius to work out who's going to be buying all these cheap shares now they've had the ... kicked out of them.
Painful to watch, but I'm happy to do just that from the sidelines.
PS. for clarity, my views on TW aside, the company has done a fund raise to steady the ship in turbulent times, I'm willing to cut them some slack as I don't think either of the setups are particularly bad and nothing has changed re the fundamentals I'm invested for.
To paint a simple picture of my view: we still have the assets, we're still progressing the assets, they will deliver significant cashflow compared to our Mcap.
You were trying to make the point that I was being inaccurate with my timescales by misrepresenting what I posted in order to try and discredit me. I don’t buy that it was a typo Andrew, because if it was a slip of the finger then why would you have been making that point? Why would you have been trying to make out that I was wrong with the rest of your statement?
- good attempt at a save but what you’re trying to use as an excuse doesn’t make sense... I think you actually meant “sorry, yes you’re right, I did make up that you said that to make you look bad so I could look like I know what I’m talking about.”
I said 3-4 months off the top of my head when I made the original post, the company has said 4 months.
My timescale accurately reflects what the company has stated.
I stand by the comment I made, I often feel like you make statements that are incorrect, misleading, or made up to suit your viewpoint and/or argument you are making.
The company has not once stated April for production, the company has stated 4 months build time for the plant from when equipment is on site.
You have fabricated this date based on your own lead times which are contrary to news releases by the company.
The above is, as clearly as I can verbalise, why I take issue with you.
You posted this: “I wont go down to JDAU’s level by accusing him of the same with his 2-3 months lead times.” - which isn’t an accurate representation of what I said.
You’re protesting about me suggesting you make things up / misrepresent things / change timelines to suit your agenda.
Just let that sink in.....
