RE: Q3 Results Expectation?5 Nov 2024 18:13
Personally I'm dreading Thursd, this does have a habit of dropping on results day relatively hard, if it does at these levels, I'm out. I've been holding this dog for far too long when all the signs have been there for a very long time now. This is no longer sector specific but a company badly run, Martin himself has said that they haven't run this well. As someone has already said, the worry now, amongst many, is that protecting margins at the cost of cutting so aggressively is not a good look. The company is shrinking whilst the big wins such as GM might not get the service they expect. If they announce the possibility of losing a big client then they've had it. I understand and agree that costs needs to be brought in line to correlate with the amount of work they have coming in. I guess I just lost all confidence now. How we find ourselves again at all time lows when rates have already been cut here and the US with the prospect of more cuts to come in the horizon, not too mention inflation under control etc etc is just beyond me. The time to stop making excuses for this garbage of a company has come just as it is time for Sir Martin to stop blaming the economy, specially when the US is firing on all cylinders
