Just got round to watching the presentation.
Was pleased with how my questions were answered (on the use of social media and special offers on tests).

Also pleased that Penny sounded confident about moving into boots and Lloyd with the new tests (almost like it was a done deal) and that they were looking to get into more places - supermarket's etc. Made me a lot more confident about the future (rather than just sticking the products on amazon and hoping for the best)

Interesting that they mention the hot injection method. Surely Samsung aren't going to try and claim that they used HI to make all the TVs. Especially when nano gave said we have very clear evidence that Molecular seeding was used. Can't wait to see that egg explode on their faces

Seems very unfair that we're not going to be able to tell the jury half the things that happened. What happened to "the whole truth?!

I guess he's just made a decision on each of them one way or another. You can't tell from just that headline.

Looks like kmizra v GM was originally scheduled for the 3rd Oct at the same time before the same judge (no 28 in the following link). Looks like the case has been settled now though.

I hope so Jamrock, but I read it more as boots and Lloyd's were still taking some convincing (given that they said pretty much the same thing a few months ago). Maybe boots or Lloyd's have requested further or different tests, which could be the Q4 tests that are coming

Positive update. Revenues looking good (although still look to be proper up by the covid tests, rather than the wellness tests). Hopefully new products in Q4 are good and Boots etc al want them on their shelves!

Interesting comment about Nell health:

I saw 10/3/2022 and thought they'd delayed it until 10th March. I was gutted for a second until I remembered that Americans are backwards - Not you though judge/jury members if you're reading ;-)
