What is the Friday Club? just bought in..... Looking for a pound! what are the chances this week?

So anyone, what is happening on Saturday is there a presentation from the company or not?

I think the following factors are holding the price

1. The negative feeling towards HNR board for the fund raising and the fact many people here were unable to get shares.and the fund raising was done at such a low price which forced the shares down to the crazily stupid price which does not reflect the business in any way.
2. the number of sellers at this price are holding the price down...... it is a crazy price to sell at and no one in their right mind would do so.... it could be the company dumping unsold shares (this begs the questions as to why they did not sell to all those people that wanted to buy and were not allowed?)
3. There is not enough marketability in the shares, with no news since the fund raising to help bolster it no-one really knows this company, even shareholders do not really know what is going on indepth. The company news is not blasted out from the roof tops but secretly handed out in private RNS's I have checked latest news now which collects info from many sources and you can not even find HNR on it.
4. There has been a lot of negativity surrounding this share which much was wholly untrue and more about trying to drive the price down. many investors may have lost interest for now. Though yesterday there was mass buying and the share rose and I suspect to day will be the same that it will ens up maybe up to 2%
5. The oil price is down slightly today though this does not overly affect us at this stage as we have incomes coming in from different sources and the price is fluctuating and not falling.

There are oil companies out there rising with no income but good news on finds or expected news.

HNR have 8 wells currently pumping oil with a 7.5 clear profit with no costs on income earned on it, this should net around 3-5 million depending on oil prices..... closer to 5 on current price. USA has special rates for taxes where HNR will pay a very limited amount on their revenue.

They are selling water and Gas bringing in an unspecified amount of money

They are gaining revenue from the Hemp and with the new deal stand make a considerable amount of money based on other companies level of revenue in the same area of business.

Obviously as HNR have given no reaql back ground it is not possible to give real figures but logically it really does not take a lot of noodle to work out the potential here.

I assume as you bought 117000+ shares at an average of 0.24+ you must agree the company is worth a lot more than 0.0865 pence a share????

You ask what price is this company worth. Heel of a lot more than 9 million for sure. The oil alone if sold off as an asset would fetch more than this. add all the other parts of the business..... who knows because RP has not told us!

I could easily see a rise as the selling seems to have dried up, maybe another hour as people watch where it is going, probably see a few buys kicking in leading to a sustained sea of blue and hopefully a good rise today. I think you guys are right!

Haha NiceNeil, know how you feel, though if I buy forsure it will drop to 7 and if I sell will rise to 10 so sticking with what I got and fingers crossed investors realise the massive potential and RP comes out and gives us a good story on what is happening. Personally I say RP.... get your marketing and PR dept to start contacting newspapers magazines generate interest....

1. the price will increase to at least the real value of the company
2. New investors will pour in which brings new money
3. Develop credibility in the company and encourage the big institutions to take a little peek at HNR and I am sure some one will like it and give it a review...

Once the ball 9is rolling raising funds, new business and growing share price will be a dead cert!

Yep, i know i am also a Canadian and know the potential of this. Companies in this sector have a license to print money, with current economic climate in Canada it is one of the very few bright spots

HD seems you were right, off loading of extra shares and not selling off. Thanks for keeping the faith. Hopefully it will move based more on market driven based on potential than selling due to overload of shares. Still think there needs to be further clarification on the businesses especially the hemp, gasses and oil businesses. The last RNS was great but caused to much of a stir in its entirety. Now all is in the open (which is great) we need information such as HD has mentioned here and on in the group including snippets, such as UK etc. and much more which really the company need to give as this is great stuff and shows where the company is heading and that it is a very strong business which incredible potential. At the end the BOD know all the facts not us and we can not expect them to share if it is not confirmed nor in a transitional phase, but the direction is now in place and the business plan with a view on where HNR want to be moving forward and this could be shared with shareholders. Mayne I am premature and it is coming out VERY soon!

Overall this company is in a strong position as HD suggests.There can be no question on that front. A massive growth industry and we are in with a great opportunity for great growth in a short term time-frame. Shares will fly and the oil side is generating Income now.......

I have the utmost respect for HD, however, it is not HD's job to tell people it is RP's and that opportunity is today. An enormous amount is hanging on RP to word what is happening, the potential rise or fall of the share price depends on what he says today. Many investors are very angry at recent developments, angry or not does not take away the massive opportunity that lies before this company. I implore on RP to do the right thing and tell us all the facts.... if it is not good we need to know if it is hellishly awesome we need to know. but now is the time to start communicating.... Personally I believe it is hellishly awesome!

You give us massive confidence in the company and what you are saying massive sense but shares are going down and not up and that is what investors are looking at. Lets hope RP can give us as much confidence as you do.

There is no question that the market is a strong and growing market and we are in it at the right time.... pre rolls in the UK is incredible and markets seem to be opening.... how does this convert to revenue for HNR. what is the business plan for developing this market..... when will see this stuff hitting the press, investors Chronicle, Shares magazine and the national newspapers as share tips. This is how the share price will increase, it is in the companies best interest to get the name known as this will generate sales inquiries also.... We have to hit this hard to beat the growing and existing competition. I have been very pro HNR and I still am.... I can see the potential but we need to move beyond secrecy and passing info out through sources (HD) we need to get that info out from the company.. This I hope will happen tomorrow. PLEASE!!!! Many share holders can not afford to keep losing money on a daily basis.... me included! I am sticking with this share because of my belief it as massive value and will fly... but we need the same support from HNR that we are giving them.

Share price down on market weakness and not company and potential weakness, oil price still well above original price and cannabis business set to rocket...... getting high all round haha!

RP from Board meets, Share price I reckon will improve greatly with the new info. and conformation of what the company plans to do with the Cnnbis plants.... such a massive business and massive profits likely, even with the up and coming increase in oil pumping and the potential for new wells, The farming side will dwarf the oil revenues.

Just look at the info out from the company and the potential is considerable.. This Weds this will be confirmed most likely and buyers will jump on board.

Really that is uite incredible.... You might average down! You are not sure which direction the company is going..... You have not had a good word to say about the company or the board since I saw your post....., Are you saying that every negative thing you have said is actually not true and it is potentially a good investment.... Or do you make a habit of investing in companies with no future?

This BOD is leading the company, bale out now if you do not like what they are doing! otherwise wait till what they have to say next week and then decide. It is looking promising and a good speech could send the shares flying a bad one it could go crashing..... depends on your view really! I must admit I think a rise is possibly on the cards... but judging how much I am down I would not be a good decision here!
