Must admit now I see why a few people said here about PMO's ability to Dive, 5.5...5.5...5.5 on the score board and these guys were heckled and called negative. You are mentioning the debt level for the company. I sold 98 based on the Hecklers. Not however, that I think this is a bad company but because my paultry sum is better added at a lower price. Trump is interested in all businesses doing well not just oil. higher the oil price, the higher the overheads go on companies.... which is a fair point, but what is a fair price for oil and where is 'Oil Peak' .
Looking at the market generally, it is manipulated so the collapse was more to do with shorters and our Plus500 buddies who look for larger drops and rises to get their profits.
Re debt, yes the company does have debt, but surely this debt has been with them a long time.hemce the 0.55 share price. Since then they have hit new oil finds and with the higher price removed some of that debt and I believe they also sold some assets to make the debt more manageable and also dropped out of a costly purchase.
Really, I am unsure of what PMO owe and how much their debt has gone down, but for sure they must be in a healthier position than before.
The price of WTI is still 60+ and Brent is still 70+, granted that this is lower than a few days ago, but it is hardly a catastrophe and companies are still well into profit making territory. Okay maybe it will fall further another 2 p or maybe 5p but Economics will kick in and the price will stop falling.
PMO will probably fall to 80 or around there which is rather extreme but the market conditions makes it easy for the manipulators to sink the share as personally I can not see why else it would fall so much. Unfortunately these unethical and irresponsible people who manipulate for their personal gain will succeed as there is no law in place yet to stop them. I am not saying Plus500 are unethical, they are legally trading, though the hit on their share price says it all (kind of KAMA).
My point is, PMO are dropping , IMHO, not from the company but from external influences, yes it probably has a lot further to fall, but when it floors i will be into buy for certain as another 55% rise will be very useful.
