was 1+ % with spread of 3% now 3.45 up still in spread as the spread has increased to 5+% so real terms it has not risen.
Looking like a useful rise but really
With limited sales, limited oil, the sales of seeds looking like a more distant opportunity, where is the revenue coming from?
Oil is down and throttled to a dribble coming out the ground.
USA seems to have been a poor solution, IOFINA has made massive losses on the same product venture. Europe could be good but sales will not be for a long time yet and with the COVID going on sales will be even lower. Not sure website is going well, few sales but not enough to cover costs. small rise at moment but really can not see it lasting and probably end up in the red today ...... without an RNS
This share generally rises with news, not sure why it would climb to 10 or even +9 for that matter. really I would love to see it but can not see it at all. There is no incentive for a rise apart from deep wishing which really...... does not count for a lot
Nice to see a bit of blue but can not see it being long lasting. It is still within the price spread. Seed sales are likely to be soon... but then who knows. cant see the blue holding out even today. the history of this share would suggest it still has a little further to fall then level out.
Supermabs, This was at the time of HNR.
I followed a lot of Honest David's comments and he seemed to know things before others. He visited the site their which are all great and positive but only one side of the story was coming out. Which is why considered the possibility. I know Honest Dave is a major shareholder and after HNR changed to ZOETIC i did not see any comments from him..... till recently. i am just saying it is good being ositive about a share but in discussions it does seem that it is either (what many of the investors here call Ramping and Deramping rather than serious looks at both the positive and negative and having a discussion on the company from a neutral perspective. When new people look at this share it is easy to see from some of the posts that there is a lot of fighting etc. I trust Honest Daves comments as I do Trillog and Chesh who post some very useful information and help newbies understand what the company is about but some posts tend to be too positive..... just as the obvious derampers like A11 etc go completely the other way. I do not have access to a lot of info. and rely mostly on line as I am not in the UK. so these chat sites are very useful as long as the information is informative, factual and not too extreme. We all have opinions, but those should really be identified as opinions and backed up, Sorry if you found my posts bizarre but I am rather frustrated at what is happening as are many others..... obviously!
Hi Hopeful Dave, I do not need access to the staff porfolios. You are extreme in your positive and i have listened to you on many occasions especially with HNR. where the world was ablaze 2with positive.... The company crashed unfortunately and you were the number one fan of RP nothing bad could be said..... I noted yesterday I believe you said that you were glad he had gone and he was the reason for the company performing so badly. The one thing the had was the Nitrogen and seeds which now also seems was not as promising as suggested. The oil has been a steady income even though reduced, but it is a major positive as prices rise.
I believe much of what you said as you can be convincing, then I began to wonder if indeed you were Robert Price himself..... You are very knowledgeable and you have a great knowledge of th company..... but logically, Once ZOETIC drop the growers, this is a negative vibe..... not positive, there loyalty to the ZOETIC will be gone, in fact they will not be seeing it in a positive light so yes I do believe that some if not many will sell, why would they keep them? You see this as a burning saviour of shares... they have been on the inside and have not seen any great benefit so far, infact some may even lose their jobs from this.. I do not suggest any of these things will happen and if you read carefully what I wrote I suggested these are questions that should or would be useful to answer. There is a massive question mark at the moment. I have great respect for you Honest, but you are not being very honest. This is a great company with amazing potential, but I personally would like certain questions answered as I feel this is my right as a shareholder, having read posts many some also are asking for questions to be answered. There is nothing wrong with questioning it is good as it brings answers, being to negative or too positive is a challenge as people believe you and can make big mistakes such as HNR. I will reiterate I am not negative on this share, but I do see a short term downside without good news! holding is good as it will rise again, buying may not be the best time now! Selling is personal choice sell to buy back.... okay or sell to move on OK. Many of you bought this share at 20 to 30p a share and are way down, I lost a lot on this share considerable! based on people like Honest Dave (that is my fault not theirs - we all make choices) .... , but I believe it will come back again eventually.
Before someone says it has risen today, that is exactly my point... it rises on news and falls with no news, when this is finally digested investors will probably ask the same questions. Again I am not negative on the share, just the current scenario.
I fully believe this company has potential, but not just now. The questions being asked re - the seeds are true and valid.
If the the Seeds are so successful then why close the facility. Cost appears to be the reason. The staff are all share holders there... so does that mean we will now get a mass sell-off from staff of the plant? What about their jobs and incentives, why is it not working? Is t the seed, the nitrogen or the plant itself are not working as they should be......?
There has already been indications that Europe seems to be the target market to sell products... but many of the retailers of our products are in USA????
We have a network in Europe, so are we actually dumping USA to an extent to concentrate on Europe, which UK no longer belongs to and there is no deal yet on customs?
Iofina has crashed as their attempt at Hemp has not failed but certainly has not met with the results they had anticipated.... this is a company that is massive compered to ZOETIC. a structured and well developed R&D department and as has a massive market globally for other products so has great credibility. If it did not work for them is there actually a problem ?
I am not anti this share, but really do not expect to see a great growth here infact a fall back to the 7 or 8 range could be on the caeds based on a lot of hype over news on the seeds. It is a great company and will fly but I can not see how just yet especially as this market is so slow and major competition is really struggling...... the deals in place now will benefit a couple of months down the line for sure and by the end of the year with Xmas maybe the shares will rise to the 11 and 12 range but in July, August very difficult to see any forward movement and this company does have an irritating habit of rising then falling back without news. so a few weeks of no news will probably and unfortunately force the price down to the lower levels again. I hope i am wrong but evidence does kinda justify my conclusion.
sorry really not aware
You make some valid points and I was really aware of that, thanks
I think there is a lot of bad press on RP
I was in HNR and yes it did not go a blazing, but it did rise to about 40p before falling. the biggest challenge were the shorters that wee out in force daily.
he brought about all the different parts of the business including the nitrogen and the original seeds..... so to be fair the company has now changed name and moved on in a new direction quite successfully.
Would have thought RP would remain in with under three percent for the future growth. Under 3% so he is no longer under the radar
def looks good
yep if you take the top end of the spread and the amount it has risen you are probably around 14% up if the spread drops to a reasonable level..... unlikely though
He selling, so maybe he is going to buy the oil assets
By the way I am not trying to get you to bite or incite you.... I genuinely do wantbto ar facs from your side, all to often here the derampers have been right and it has fallen..... but I actually think now and the fact that you agree this is a good company at a good stage and is likely to rise says it all.
You still shorting this you have never said one good thing about this company since it was HNR.... may I ask if it is so bad then why are you here A187?.... You have been hardcore negative on this share since before HNR days, surely such a wily smart investor as yourself would have left us suckers here and gone to a share that is actually going to make money a long time ago.... or are you a shorter and just trying to crash the price..... if so I think your opportunities are getting less and less. over last couple of weeks been nothing but good news
We have current revenue of 1.2 million based on accounts
We have just had a chunk of money given to us w have another chunk of money for the purchase of the Nitrogen converter and field which the Shorters claimed had no value and was white elephant during the HNR time....

Zoetic eyes US distribution deals for cannabidiol chews and smokables
Cannabidiol company Zoetic said two distributors in the US were proposing to take on its Chill chewable and smokable products.
The company also said the launch of its cannabidiol gummies in the UK was generating significant interest.
AATAC, an association comprised of small buying groups and partner of Mr Checkout, had expressed an interest in distributing the Chill products to its convenience stores in Florida and the surrounding area.
Brands represented by AATAC included Gulf, BP, Sunoco, Circle K and Chevron.
Zoetic said it had also developed interest from New Age Beverages, a Nasdaq-listed distributor of natural products.
'Retail prices for both products will remain in the sub-$10 range and Zoetic will sell to the distributors at around half of that price,' the company said.,
'Depending on volumes, the company expects to earn around a 50% gross margin.'
Total stores represented by the two distributors were about 12,000.
'Subject to concluding a successful trial with the contract manufacturers in the coming weeks, Zoetic intends to enter into contracts with both distributors with the target of supplying initial stores by the Spring,' Zoetic said.
I am not ramping just curious, there seems nothing but buying gummie bears and topping up here.
I am really interested as I believe this share will do a big jump up again. The shorters seem to have left which I guess they are bored. The positives are busy getting high their own products and buying more shares in the Euphoria.
I hope some one can correct me or guide me but as I mentioned earlier we are still an oil company..... producing free oil from about 8 wells. Is this still the case?
The company has just had a major buyer dump more money into the company shoring up finances nicely.... this was one buyer so one would have to assume that this buyer was pretty certain on the growth prospects..... am I right or wrong here then on top an announcement that a major deal has been done which is just one of a large set of deals in the pipeline that ZOE have. This one opens up some of the largest supply chains to the product across the USA.... again am I correct?
Okay, we had a few days of big gains and a few days of falls so it just be an upper tomorrow is that correct? shares seem to have hit their base line so looking for direction. a lot of blue appearing so this should be good correct?
Zoetic maybe doing extremely well on the sales front and seeds maybe selling fast, many news deals to sell their products.
But Remember! they still have the oil interests. the3 cost to Zoetic is zero, to bring that oil out the ground and to sell it. This means the oil price shooting up is a great addition to the revenue from the other areas. and helps improve the net asset value of the company.
Looking good I would say
