Why would they release an rns? They have already told the market the deal is being done. The Joint Venture Agreement, including related investments and cash payments, is subject to certain conditions precedent being satisfied, including normal regulatory approvals in Zambia. They have to draw up an agreement for the tax side of things if they do produce. I expect everything will all be announced in one rns.
