In April 21, we submitted a detailed exploration project for the Montechundra Flanks.

That's now what we call MKT. That's what once was called, the MT Flanks license.

And so, as I said already, MKT's work is ongoing on compiling all our new information.

There was a question here regarding the official, regarding a JORC paper on them,

which released some time ago of 2.2 million ounces of palladium equivalent.

And the question is, why have we not released it?

Basically, we're subject to the Russian system where the DFS has those officially approved reserves and resources,

and that will be updated as soon as the DFS is published.

There is a question about Artem, which I hope he doesn't mind the answering,

regarding his role in the company and the asset sale,

but it's linked to also a good question about the DFS,

why was it required before any sale took place?

And the answer to that is, two part, first of all,

Artem is a valued member of our board and has been a really great help during the sale process.

He also has a background in resources and was a specialist in corporate governance issues at Shell previously.

We did expect to achieve a sale prior to completion of the DFS originally,

but the DFS had to be carried out anyway for the completion of that project

and also our obligations under the mining license.

I personally don't believe the bod will accept a low ball bid. I think it will have to be reasonable so they can move forward with Eua2 and don't forget that is running in Parallel.

Depends on who is buying lets say for example it is China, Japan or India they are considered to be friendly countries. So I don't necessarily think the hair cut will come from the Russia state. I do think who ever buys will know they have the bargaining power now, so that is where the discount will come from. Also we will have to pay some form of tax. Realistically I am expecting a 50% discount. The problem is none of us can guess in this situation just have to wait for the rns and hope the bod have managed to get us a deal that hopefully those higher up can break even at.

Arcm areas under license were previously explored by Equinox Minerals Limited (“Equinox”) and Anglo American Prospecting Services (“AAPS”) by way of the Zambezi Joint Venture’ (“JV”) through AAPS's affiliate Zamanglo Prospecting Ltd (“Anglo American”) during the late 1990s as part of the Kabompo Project. The current areas under license encompass 9 of 30 exploration targets that were ranked in the late-90’s by the JV over the Kabompo Project, which include the top seven ranked targets. Going to be interesting to see the results come out once they hit the ground drilling.

The hammer is a bullish candle, it shows the buyers are gaining control and often represents a change in trend, so for me there is a higher probability of a break out than a break down especially as news can't be far off now.

Trading Ranges are formed by support and resistance lines in close proximity. Price fluctuates in a narrow band with no clear trend. We have been in a trading range for a long time, consolidating. We are forming a symmetrical triangle at a double bottom, think of it as a first step. The closer the price gets to the end of the triangle the market will force a break out or a break down.
