Peggy I have been thinking about what you posted and you might have a point, it might not be the Zambian government holding up the process, it might well be Anglo, I can't imagine the paper work involved for such a large asset, third parties having to make sure the legalities are spot on, getting all the signature done, the tax implications as well, protecting the assets against a claim like they had with Terra Metals etc. This is all taking a lot longer than we thought but I don't doubt for a minute it will get done and look forward to them getting on with the drilling. So a question for you when they get the deal done will you be buying?

Eua have followed every requirement and every rule to the letter to get those licences and to get a state approved DFS, which indicates to me they have Russian support, they employ Russians, they have also followed every sanction rule set by the West and Russia. EUA's assets are held through subs the same as Amur the subs own the licences, they intend to sell to a friendly brics country same situation as Amur. We know the buyer is still at the table, we know they are trying to get this sale done asap, we know there have been new Nda's signed. We know they are going into Hyrdorgen or renewables after the sale. We just don't know when they will get an offer.

With the completion of the Monchetundra DFS, the two open pit mines, with their related plant and facilities, are ready for construction work to commence. Amur is a benchmark for a sale it shows that sanctions can be avoided if all rules are adhered to and that the original conditions in the licences held by the subs are unchanged e.g rights to mine and the rights to extracting the minerals for a commercial purpose.
