None of us know how much the assets are now worth because we have not seen the DFS. We do all know it will be sold at a discount so lets say 70% to 80% for arguments sake. I still expect to get 20 to 30p.

Do remember that Eua have always had a good working relationship with Russia. The DFS has been approved by the state.

DFS results are based on the cumulative exploration information and comprehensive technical reports on mining, processing, metallurgical recoveries, engineering, intermediate product generation of mineral concentrates, the environmental setting, transport and any non-binding contract agreements in place. The DFS will also include any Russian based project specific operating and capital cost estimates.

So, if they are not entering in to any binding agreements, they don't need any non discloure agreements as there's no contract, nada.
