RE: Look at the losses25 Aug 2023 11:20
Toffers I can't believe what I am reading.
"If confidentiality is to be covered in a contract for a project or commercial arrangement, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be needed in most cases" source: flintbishop
but the company say;
"However, the company also said that there could be no guarantee that Eurasia would enter into binding agreements regarding the sales process." source: marketscreener
So, if they are not entering in to any binding agreements, they don't need any non discloure agreements as there's no contract, nada.
How do you think a binding agreement occurs in any M&A activity?
Lol I can just see it now don't worry gents our assets are worth billions, but you don't need to sign a Nda or follow any Russian rules for all this price sensitive, CONFIDENTIAL information because you haven't made an offer yet.
