Zamsort licence area came out of the Arcm licences.

It went to Mushy as part of the settlement.

The mining cadastre review was of historical dealings on licences and ensuring all done correctly.

For the sake of the review the Zamsort area and Arcm area would have been reviewed in same review.

Zamsort could only be approved if wider Arcm licence was also ok.

So you can take from the 75th they’ve approved Arcm licence even if not officially declared yet….

We really haven't had much volume here and the mms are taking advantage few buys coming in now.

Always remember the market can change sentiment very quickly. Has Nick backed himself into a corner here by not raising 6 months ago or is he very confident the deal is very close. Time will tell. But if the deal is announced soon that is cash in Arcs bank straight away. Roll the dice folks folks and I think you underestimate the patience of the lengths especially when we could be looking at a Tier1 mine here. As they say patience pays.
