The fact he still thinks minty is executive chairman of Nuog and Graham is CEO, tells you everything you need to know about his post.
SBP is atleast a bit knowledgable but very misleading and picks information out to suit his agenda.
The company is definitely moving in the right direction and lots more to come.
Lots of people didn't like Simon tweet from last week but as a lot have seen it was very much mis interpreted podcast then followed by a good RNS in the space of a few days.
All the best LTH

More coverage the better.
Sharelock I was just thinking the same great to have Siemens onboard, interesting enough doing some research this morning looking at who they currently work with on projects ie wind farms etc came across an already existing partnership might be nothing to do with us but if we can get this company onboard then fantastic. Things are slowly changing here for the better.

I see are old foe in BT IS BACK , on the other board, and probably lurking somewhere in here.
I always thought he was a sandwich short of a picnic. Now I have changed my mind, now he is the full contents short of a picnic.
Anyway back to the real matters, really impressed with the podcast yesterday from Graham, He knows what he has to do and that is deliver and that is the reason he took the job in the first place, you don't take a position like this in a company like this with over 40 yrs experience in the industry to fail. He knows what we have and he will be the man to turn our fortunes around.
have a good weekend everyone. Even BT, but I would advise him to stay off the whiskey it clearly doesn't agree with him.
All the best
Im still here, but been in a state of mourning with this share over the past few months, I really thought we would have turned that very large corner by now but hey ho.
I am down massively and have pretty much wrote of the investment so will see how this pans out and hope that things can turnaround at some stage.
Ill check in from time to time over he next few weeks but just wanted to wish you guys as well as myself good luck.
Gary our lord and saviour, I bow down to you. I truly am not worthy to be in the presence of greatness.
I look forward to the articles in the next few months when i personally see NUOG fortunes turnaraound from these lowly levels that we see today.
Gary you say you are a balanced and the articles you write are balnaced and based on facts/opinion then go back and re write the article and get it right. Not one apology from yourself not one. We cant stop you from posting and you have just admitted that you dont trust Minty hence your views of NUOG as such, go and write a proper article of what has happened over the last week base it on facts and official RNS
Then maybe, just maybe you would redeem yourself.
Ditto,
Write a balance piece then please on the new guy board changes and the new synergy between MF and Nuog and also the Collaborative agreements.
But you rather run down the company and my money for what ever reason.
This is a new chapter without Minty for NUOG.
Devco Tweet from the other day -
We are also finalising agreements with companies with experience of operating gas fields and providers of power generation, compression, electrical and automation systems and expect to be able to confirm such collaborations in due course.
This share has been a whirlwind for most on here but still remains one of the most interesting shares to be involved in.
The mere fact 30 people attended the AGM on Friday last week just shows the level of interest and the potential this share has. I will give you that Gary and I actually agree we would like to see a deal.
Graham taking on this role with his expereince and background and move to little old tin pot company (as some say) why would he do that, just why, what benefit to him. Someone with that level of expereince will have done their own due diligence on the company make no bones about that. His own words he is a closer.
I think over the next few weeks and months we will see change for the good and finally realise the potential that people initially invested there money in.
Morning All,
I think it is quite obvious we will get some more announcements/news in regards to GTW, the RNS clearly states this funnily enough I copied and pasted the following statement from the RNS and did a google search
(providers of power generation, compression, electrical and automation systems)
Top of the search Siemens - lets see what happens but i doubt we will be a such a lowly level once Scotty has truly got his feet under the table and started to beam us up.
RPM1 Nice to meet you too on the Thursday night, I too hope are bellies are more satisfied the next time we meet. Lol
The possibilities of GTW is mouthwatering for the company and I think it was Frank that interjected in the AGM there were 263 fields in the North Sea that this solution could be applied to.
Great post on the subject this morning by several.
As the weekend has progressed and into today I believe we now have the guy to implement change and much needed, we have had the ideas man now we have the closer for those ideas and a guy who can unlock the potential that we all know is there.
Charles, great write up, look forward to next instalment. Which will hopeful confirm what I concluded about the new leader and where he will take us.
Great having a few beers with you and few others on the Thursday which was just as entertaining as what went yesterday.
Not going to be a massive report from me.
Just wanted to echo the sentiment off previous post.
New guy/ fresh start/ clean slate/ new leader with the skills to deliver is now truly exciting times ahead. He will make the changes needed make no mistake about it.
I think we can all look forward to what is to come.
Was nice to see so many which just shows the level of interest for this so called tin pot company many lead us to believe, not many AIM companies have that many in attendance, bigger room next yr and a nicer venue with better coffee.
Have a good one.
Hear hear, Sharelock. Exactly how I read things too.
Cobra,
These messages from Alan were not to insiders, but to the normal average joe PI's.
Not the way for the chairman to respond and act no matter how under the kosh you are.
My post was not to put pressure on the recipient of the email to disclose, but to highlight the potential way our chairman reacts when things are clearly not going his way.. Not a great advert if he is trying to conclude negotiations with other companies.very confrontational and unprofessional.
Maybe the reason we have no closed any deal right at this moment.
well I think only 15 left until the vote closes.
I would think early this afternoon is when the company will get to know the extent of the votes against minty. I think it will be quiet damming verdict on his leadership.
personally I can only see this going one way and he will have no choice in stepping down.
I'm sure the BOD are looking at social media and seeing what is being said, and I believe Alan has been ill advised in attacking certain people that have sent him emails and his responses to those. Not the best idea from still the leader of the company to unite shareholders and the company. Smacks of desperation and Unprofessionalism and a man under pressure knowing his fate is almost certain.
Nothing like keeping your dignity in this times. I'm afraid you can't blame shareholders stance and I guess 10 yrs off.none delivery has caught up with you.
I very much support the business and hopefully after this week has been played out we can get back to some sort of normality and if there is to be a new guy means the company can re set itself with investors start communicating with us on a more frequent basis and get these deals over the line.
these deals are very complex I have no doubt and the time it takes to get deals done, but it has become plainly obvious there has been one obstacle in actually getting them over the line and with this week actions we might have got rid of that obstacle so deals can be progressed and finalised sooner than they would with Minty at the helm.
Have a good day next 48 hrs should be interesting.
O the drama.
Just my opinion and the realistic vechile that minty will use Nuog as the listed company.
Yes he will be properly pissed off, but if minty is really going to realise his pension pot then it the realistic vechile.
MF currently need Nuog the two go hand in hand minty in the long run will not scupper his chance to become a very rich man. It the most logical option he has.
It's all speculation and hopefully things will become clearer we'll certainly by the end of the week.
MF makes another route to AIM.
How we hold 50% any transaction would need our approval.
The more likely result for AM to see a return would be MF into NUOG as the vechile as the public listed company, AM increases holding in Nuog, we get the deals done, minty gets minted as a result.
Just my opinion if minty is voted not to be re elected.
Ken,
Yes you can sell 3 m above the bid currently .867
Roy, I think you have made your point over the course of the last few weeks in what you think off minty and what you intend to do at the AGM, if you are invested then that is your choice your decision. If you truly believe there is going to be a massive sell off then surely based on your opinions over the course of the past few weeks the share price would plummet and if you are invested then your capital is at risk. You clearly believe that no news is forthcoming from the company yet still complain about it, which poses the question your fundermentals investment strategy is floored.
If you hadn't got booted off Twitter for the exact same post every morning at 7am, you would realise not everyone on those groups agree and some real good debates do take place.
I would say 95% of holders are frustrated that no news has landed and the comms strategy has been lacking and that is an issue to bring up at the AGM and how is this going to rectified over the forthcoming year. I don't think you appreciate the actual complexities of the oil and gas industry, or the actual strategy of MF which is clear we aren't going to get news on progress until the company are in a position to do so and when that news does come it is far more advanced stage and revenue generating stage.
I think what you need to reflex Roy is the amount of time you spend on these forums repeating yourself day in day out, you have put your point across at this moment in time you are a.non believer in the share if you have become really disllusioned then I'm sure you can pick a stock that you are more comfortable with.
