Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
We have a few updates due over the next few weeks, hopefully the shares that are being accumulated are in sticky hands now so the sp can make a gradual rise until the news is released.
Lithium will be huge for us, and as reported a strong interest in AXM last week in Chile according to our independent assessor WA, would be very strange to be at the same event if results weren't that good.
Some major players at the event so interest with just one major would be phenomenal, imagine if 2-3 major players got involved.
0.115 to buy, with what could well be a major rerate on any sort of announcement with a major. Mouthwatering potential, but until then it does remain potential lets get some agreements put in place, hopefully that is taking place in next few weeks.
GLA
Over the next few weeks, we will get a slow re rate I should imagine. Based on WA tweets strong interest in Axm and wel ham , bodes well, Remember WA are doing an independent test on our tech and process, we then go to companies with these test results in hand, not just us ( say so) This to me is key, chile is massive opportunity so I can see some agreements being put in place. This is me very much assuming they already know the prelimary results. Things could start to get interesting in next few weeks.
Don't know about today but I expect it will be soon, it no coincidence that they are both at the same presentation. What is also good is the fact it's not just AXM saying it works we will have the backing of WA saying it works which should provide credibility to the company moving forward, which will open up doors to companies which probably wouldn't give us a second glance in the past. I'm really excited what this could mean to us. We are in the ball park of 3 months and these guys I don't think mess around and are on the ball so certainly in the next 2 weeks I expect we will have some clarity.
My theory, is you don't start presenting with the the likes of Waddell Armstrong to delegates in Chile without having a tangible product to promote. I expect test results to be announced soon with postive impact, and if we can get a big player in the area to test drive the tech, then it bodes well for the sp. Dsr to be announced soon for approval and then expect an agreement for the HAIB project. So in the next couple of weeks I see a lot of upside from these lowly prices. All the best
Also working on dsr other project, which is massive also.
7mins and counting.lol
This time last year, RNS came about 3:20pm, so fully expect when they are released it will be around this time again.
its been a while coming, but I think GH will be the catalyst for better things to come.
I should also be able to top up tomorrow if not later today.
I'm also hearing that farm in negotiations are getting close and this will probably include the wider area of Newfie so look out for developement for el1070 which we all know is a massive resource for us. That in itself should bolster the sp for any significant news regarding Brazil.
Imagine if we set a base of 2.5-3p prior to marginal field news that would be great.
Yes the argument they haven't delivered anything as of yet is still there, but these things take time as we all know to well but things look like going into the next stage which is what we all want from this level to 2.5-3p I'll take that for starters.
This is not everyone's cup of tea but I'm happy will all my research and look forward to the turnaround to begin.
Agree,
i think the company are trying to avoid suspension altogether but I don't see how it will be possible not to be once the annoucment takes place. But if/when it does I can't see it being a long and protracted length of time. As seadog says it will be technical suspension in order to firm an orderly market.
I will hazard a guess if you are scrambling after suspension to get in you will not be able to buy in bulk and if you think you can buy at the current price after announcement well I say good luck to that.
Have a good day.
We would al like an update on progress, but I think we have pretty much establish we won't get an update until an actual deal has been signed, what we can say though is the tweets although not through RNS, has already been agreed by the NOMAD as part of the strategy, so what they say in the tweets like Brazil, producing field, well if that is not true and they had no degree of confidence of a deal happening then why tweet in the first place.
It's a question off how much longer you are prepared to wait to suit your timescales of investment. Like others I'm prepared to wait for what could turnout to be the best investment of my life.
Do I agree with everything they have done, no I don't and I have told them that as well as others they know all too wel at the present that they need to deliver and improve their comms, we will see what happens but I certainly expect more things to come over the next few weeks and onwards.
Have a good weekend.
Martin is not that receptive at the moment, although has thanked me for suggestions etc.
Whether things will change once we actually have a deal in place maybe, as the partners like multicom, dsr, and WAI are all on Twitter we know it's a useful tool as part of an involving strategy, it seems a lot of AIM companies are very relecutant.
I. Still of the thinking one deal will transform the company for good and the whole reason for investing at this level is for the initial re rate once it happens, it's just a question of when that happens, potential with AXM is huge, but it will remain potential until something is delivered. But it's a higher risk investment and at the moment not proven on a big scale production.
If the company is to grow in the future then it has to evolve and incorporate different comms strategies, at the present I believe the thinking is let the technology speak for itself.
The parameters for a company like Axm in getting business done is greater than most, it's a new way/ concept for the mining industry and like most are relecutant for change so the initial deal is always going to be the hardest to achieve.
As said I do believe we have so many things in the go at the moment it will only take one catalyst to get the sp moving in the direction we all want it to go.
DSR, Lithium and Multicom, some good project updates from them in the next few weeks wouldn't go a miss to start getting some interest back in here, the upside from our current level is amazing and in all our time in investing we have seen companies with exponential growth.
Initial re rate will be substantial to bank profits ( dependant on what price and how long you have invested here) and then leave a good portion to grow with more projects coming in board or until it time for someone to buy us out, but don't see that for a good few years yet.
Have a good weekend all.
Understand Chesh,
I had comms with Alan also 2 weeks ago, I think we will also see project updates soon on a few things and the chairmans statement is out certainly in the next 2 weeks giving us the low down.
Yes I was disappointed with the recent news we had, but remain confident that the turnaround will begin, Deep South is promising, lithium even more so, results are key with what WAI tell us if results prove to be successful then we can expect a bit of a surge.
As said we will see what happens things do move very slowly in this sector, and Alan did make a point in regarding the regulations they have to go through plus adhere to MAR ( rules).
I have said/told them they need to start engaging more in between material news and get into the 21 st century with social media whether that will happen I doubt it.
I do a lot of research and dig very deep, I'm not despondent yet and remain confident.
All the best
I said Deep South is progressing wel, I've been touch with them so should have news pretty soon.
Also Deep South,
Progress is going well it's nearing completion so should have an announcement pretty soon.hopefully by the end of the month if not beginning of October, fingers crossed.
PVF website back up and running also,
Seadog,
The work you have put in this week has been commendable and gone above and beyond, for the good of us lowly pi's.
You and others do a good job in holding the bod to account and will owe you several pints once the deal has crossed the line.
I too hold the bod to account and without being privy to what you know have come to the conclusion the next we will hear about an MF deal will be on announcement. Unless something changes in the meantime.
So if you trust your research then it's a decision everyone of us will have to make. You either back it or don't, but if you don't back it you'll have to except your decision as the rewards could be great for all concerned.
Have a great weekend I'm off out for a few.
Jester,
You say it will be a tough meeting, only tough if people actually go, last year I would say a good 10-15 people were in attendance and the previous only 1.
I would expect the room to be full judging by the message board but it won't and only the genuine shareholders will be in attendance, people can be annoyed frustrated and say all they want on a bb, but when it comes from behind a keyboard to their faces I doubt one of them will show their face at any agm.
Mcadder, seadog takes his time to comment, seadog has not posted valuations since being an insider, prior to this he has given his valuations based on the potential deal and told everyone to go away and do their own if they don't believe him.
Based on the potential field over in Brazil those figures would seem quite conservative, yes it's all potential, yes it's a huge rise in sp from where we are all now but just go and have a look at the numbers involved. 4-5p is a base if we happen to get the field, so it has shown no research and have just plucked figure out of the air where seadog has done all the calculations. You are right however the market will dictate as to where the sp goes, but they will not be able to ignore what revenues that are coming into the business plus the reserves in the ground.
I have expressed my frustrations with the bod and Simon over the last few weeks, but remain confident that this transformational news will be with us soon.
Have a great day all.
If a successful RTO announcement was made prior to Friday or Friday itself, then the share will be immediately suspended, then all the regulatory neccsities need to take place ie new prospectus for investors etc about the new investment opportunity so however long that takes.
If no RTO was to take place shares will be traded until Friday close and then suspended on Monday open, obviously then the comoany will need to raise 6 million as an investment company.
Lol,
It will be somewhat ironic the deal that feel through years ago over in sivas comes to be our saviour and start the climb again.
As other have piointed out lithium will be huge and with a professional out fit in WAI which is also independent to us and links to numerous projects around the globe with their backing will be another catalyst.
I can only see upside from where we are this week, you are not telling me Accudo was priced in at the price on Wednesday before news never in a million years.
Some positive updates will see us higher how much higher who real knows this is aim
We maybe down but we aren't out by any stretches of the imagination.
Instead of a cushion you can get some cream for that.
Frustrating as it maybe at the present for for previous years it really will only take one project to move this. I have a feeling once we have one it will unlock more value in all the patents we have.
I think Calander said at Agm no one wants to be the first, Deep South seems to be the one and I guess we are going to get involved in their copper project in Namibia which seems a logical step to take also. But will wait on that.
