Here this morning reminds me of "Coronation Street" in the 1970's.

To clarify;
- Anything that has a "permanent material" affect on Production volumes would have to be reported immediately it was known !
- Anything else could wait until the "Ops Update".

This is my understanding. I think "Permanent Material" would include a known "Miss" on guidance. However GE volumes will ensure that a "miss" on guidance does not happen. So NO need for urgent RNS .

Enquest has told the market nothing. So, the fall is not their fault !
The only way "the market" has caught on to the issues at Kraken is from this posting board !
Those that are moaning are partly responsible for this fall ! - SO blame yourself !!!
If you talk about it on here then the news will get to the "market" soon enough.
However, bit of chicken and egg , as this is what the board is for !

Next big support line , I have at 21p.
Expecting this to hold. I do not agree with Stumpy's view, do not see us going down to those levels.
With 21p holding it gives us a double bottom which is seen as a positive springboard up to new highs !
For those who don't believe in technicals. Shame, because today shows the market/algo rythms DO react to them. We fell and closed below a previous key low of 23.25p. Then today we fall much more than piers because of it !
OPS update - The market looks forward,so we want good news on Kraken's future production. Problem fixed, plus all the good news on other production from GE, Magnus, etc. Any positive comments on falling debt will be great !

No, we have fallen much more than others due to Kraken hold up. Also today's big fall is due to us closing below our previous low of 23.25p. We now have a lower low which the market is punishing us for ! This normally signals the end of a bull run.
I mentioned this on a post a week ago.
We need a damn good operational update later this month.

Think of my poor wife. My wife is working in the complete dark. The oven bulb has blown and she can't see anything she is cooking ! Food production is down and the quality is not as good. However I have ordered a new E14 Screw Oven bulb which will arrive next Monday. If she is nice to me, then I will fit it on Tuesday and all will be back to normal. The power and control is back with me for a few days ! I will enjoy it.

There is not much information that comes out about Enquest on the air waves ! So when you post negative stuff about Kraken production the Algo's will pick it up and punish the SP.

I can't see 2021 guidance changing at this late stage.
As for 2022 I am expecting a cautious 50k - 56k guidance.

The recent talk of the US releasing oil from their strategic reserve is a joke !
Let's look at the numbers. The talk is they could release 30m barrels or maybe a little more.
Well the world is currently using over 90m barrels per day. So the US could release enough oil to last the world from breakfast time until lunch on the same day. Wow that's not going to do much is it.
Even if they keep it all for themselves it is only going to last the US 1.5 days of supply.
Finally, last time they did this it had an affect on the oil price for around a week !
What a load of rubbish.
If they use ALL of their strategic reserve around 500mbarrels the World uses that in 5 days !

My view on this is;
Yes we need to change our ways and do less damage to the climate. Over time the use of hydrocarbons will decline as new energy sources take centre stage. All this will happen slowly over the years !
Today this is all big news. As the weeks roll on, the media will not have this topic as lead headlines. Today it's all about "nett zero", in a few weeks it will be about other news ! Eventually all society will accept that a period of transition for many years is the only way forward. Then Sentiment will improve for oil stocks. Lack of oil supply will come back into focus.

Iran has been selling their oil anyway.
I really don't understand people's thoughts here !
Iran has been pumping oil and selling it to China, Syria etc etc.
What do these people think Iran has been doing with all this oil ? Maybe they think Iranians bath in it !
Or use it on their salads ! No they sell it ! Nothing really changes.

Our last low was 23.25p we must not fall below this or our uptrend is broken !
No share price goes up in a straight line but to be in a rising trend you must break higher highs and pull backs must stay above the previous low.

Please do not look at the share price today.

Last year was released on a Tuesday the 24th Nov 2020.
The year before it was released on Thursday 21st Nov 2019.
Therefore we must be only 3 weeks away from this update being released for 2021. My guess w/c Mon 22nd Nov.
