I think the worry is that investors are aware a slowdown in Covid sales may have an impact on the balance sheets but clearly MHC have always been clear about its move from Covid revenue dependence.

A VAT refund is also on the cards.

Also news on plans with the digital data will be into a lot to look forward to.

I am confident because I haven’t seen large shareholders sell however due to close period I haven’t seen any evidence of directors buying either.

Astonishing no news has sucked the life out of but hoping news shortly can inject new life and funds.

Shocking really but definitely flagging well oversold but I guess traders waiting for news

Time required but news coming will be critical to how the market judges MHC.

Most companies in the sector have diluted but MHC hasn’t but market still hasn’t rewarded MHC

I hope for many people’s sake I’m right but who knows.

Just think a deal brewing but if so it’s taking some time so feel it’s significant

When news lands this could easily move quickly. Remember MHC clearly have cash otherwise they would have took the opportunity to raise at 20p recent highs.

Just my opinion but clearly working out the final parts of a deal.

Still most investors probably 80% down from highs so I guess it’s a wait and hope game.

Patience is definitely required but board have no control about event like trumps tariffs but remember they don’t effect MHC who export or import nothing from the USA.

Time for Boots and MHC to get deals done.

Boots would be an ideal opportunity for the government use the facilities and infrastructure to help reduce waiting times. MHC also have an opportunity with its new phlebotomy tests to play its part but when will we find what tests are coming to market!.

The time has come for Penny to update the market on both plans, performance and VAT because the long wait hasn’t helped the share price.

MHC had no reason to delay results/update because markets new COVID test sales would fall while other tests such as HIV ones with larger margins start demonstrating they are not just a Covid play.

I’m guessing a big announcement is due and negotiations still on going.

With stocks falling due to trump tariffs maybe companies like MHC who will have no impact should update the market.

News on VAT refund and deals with Boots and finally plans on new phlebotomy tests would be a welcomed boost needed to see this back to levels of recent highs.

No reason for a company that has been prudent and not diluted shareholders value to be punished like competitors however board need to reassure markets.

Definitely see a huge future for MHC with all the digital data it holds.

A female CEO who could dominate the space of a deal is done with Boots

I’m surprised that either Donald or Stephen haven’t added on the recent fall.

Maybe they are surprised by the lack of updates also and waiting for clarification on plans.

Maybe they are buying the weak sellers stock and a RNS could be issued when limits hit.

The strange thing is we’ve probably fell 25% since highs on less than a few hundred thousand pounds of share sales since highs. So my point is if we get a bit of positive news and heavy buying on the dip would it jump to highs of recent.

I wish it was that simple but come on Penny surely you understand no news is doing harm to shareholders value.

RSI of just 13 today is definitely flagging oversold

MHC strategy or ABDX!

MHC is prudent and conservative with Balance sheet. Focussed on expanding via Boots etc and adding products that fit the company’s plan like Poc Doc.

ABDX are focused on expanding via revenue growth and have raised capital for acquisitions.

Both companies have the same tests that are on sale in boots ( vitamin D and Iron tests etc)

ABDX still has a market cap well above MHC despite the recent fall in both companies.

Is MHC undervalued based on its fundamentals and cash position! Or is ABDX undervalued for its strategy.

Who knows!.

What will MHC show in results etc.

I suspect a fall in Covid sales however a rise in new product sales.

The importance of a Boots contract and news on government plans to use Boots facilities to help cut NHS GP waiting lists could see MHC rise significantly.

No deal and we could continue downward.

Since January everything has gone quiet.

The only thing for me is when will Boots announce the obvious.

MHC will play its role and hopefully the new phlebotomy tests will be announced shortly.

As for the share price.

A RSI of 17 is very tempting!!!!!!!!!

Patience is the word but anyone investing at these levels know it’s either a huge multi bagger or nothing. It’s simple and clear to understand risk reward and not put all eggs in one basket.

I’ve took a small holding because my gut tells me it’s well undervalued

I’m guessing they are still churning through the new shares added recently but once this is finished the path is clear to take off. How soon depends on how quickly they churn through the new shares. It will be interesting to see if traders buy in large quantities in anticipation of a huge jump.
