We are frustrated investors to be honest.

It would be nice to know what’s truly happening on this one.

MHC are self funded thus so far and in an expansion phase however as all aim companies they come with risks.

I do however feel they deserve better recognition for achieving so much in since they launched.

I do however think there is also much to do to ensure huge revenue growth and rely on Covid revenue so much.

Hopefully at some point the markets get behind the company but a lot depends on the next results and balance sheet in my opinion.

Time to deliver the results and plans for 2025-2026

Given Donald and Stephen were so active last time results were due it’s hard to believe they haven’t bought more at these levels. Strange but noticeable.

From highs of 21p down to 12p purchase price is a huge drop however please remember any good news and it can easily move quickly however the same applies if the news ain’t great.

I’m optimistic and news imminent

It’s all revenue to MHC and at least creates demand for the 3m pre sold tests

Not saying new variant will seriously impact the UK but equally any new variant can add to revenue for Covid tests.

If new tests sell well while Covid revenue continues then MHC will remain self funded while expanding.

New Poc revenue should hit the market soon in Boots when plans announced

I’m quietly confident results will be In a few weeks.. I feel Penny is being as transparent as she possibly can given they are probably locked

Into negotiations. However it’s equally frustrating because shareholders value is drifting lower with the wait for news .

The market makers are having a field day with this. Yesterday you could sell £14,000 @ 11.27p and today you can only sell a couple of grand for 11.15p.

Someone trying to create fear. My opinion is holders should hold on for results and maybe add on good sales in the likes of HIV tests which is helping compensate for any covid revenue decline. Fact is markets are forward looking for life after covid.

Come on Penny release the results date please and let’s all get an insight into things and plans

Expecting results within a few weeks and an update to inform us of plans for roll out of phlebotomy tests and Poc Doc. This will be significant to future revenue if plans with Boots are shared also.

Government cuts everywhere in the NHS to save money however if MHC and Boots can save NHS costs then it’s a win win. Just my opinion.

In the meantime anything possible with the share price as markets waiting for news.

My initial thoughts are we have a lot of revenue from HIV tests however a decline in covid tests which is expected. That said a new strain sweeping America and Europe which has lifted NCYT shares so if this develops further it could bring in move revenue for MHC. MHC has secured 3m test sales within Boots at last update so revenue and Balance should be steady.

News on Poc doc also.

I am quietly optimistic that sales of over 1m in HIV tests alone could easily be achieved or more depending on instore sales.

Exciting times for MHC but board need to be upfront with plans and guidance to reassure the markets.

I am shocked however POC DOC details haven’t been released.

Also could pharmacy 2U be a pleasant surprise!.

Once again short term markets are hammering the share for lack of information but equally they will get behind it if plans are shared at results.

It’s in Penny’s hands but equally many LTHs are losing a lot so something positive will be welcome news

I wonder if MHC are planning on using its partnership with Boots to allow a similar service to Randox. Boots and MHC are a perfect fit to capitalise on the growing need to self check. I strongly suspect the phlebotomy tests and digital data are a strategy to offer this type of service and I wouldn’t be surprised if diabetes tests are announced shortly. It’s a money spinner for both Boots and MHC in my opinion.

The other problem is the spread. It’s ridiculous and unless there’s some good news where’s momentum coming from to enable buying demand which has all but dried up

It’s sad to see the decline in share price 💯 as many loyal investors who invested from the start probably 90% down but equally it’s the risk every takes on the AIM.

All we can do is hope MHC can produce the deals to demonstrate the future is better.

At present they have no debts and a path to profitability but deals equally MHC can only move as quick as the likes of Boots allows.

Phlebotomy tests are clearly hinged on Boots co operation show I guess Boots are calling the shots.

Clarification of this deal is imperative to give us something to digest.

What ever we’ll all know in the next month what’s happening as results are due before the end of June

I think results will be delayed until late next more to allow time for deal with Boots to be confirmed along with results.

The key is a deal to demonstrate revenue without Covid dependence revenue as in the past.

Think HIV tests will bring in decent revenue however eyes will be on phlebotomy tests to be confirmed.

Revenue from Covid has seriously helped MHC but time to move on from it and focus on longer term revenue streams.

It will be interesting to hear what Penny. And the Chairman say.

The share price has lost almost half its value

In the last 3 months.

I hope things can get better for LTHs who deserve better for their patience. The market hasn’t been kind to them.

The bad news is the back dated pay rise from January is still to be paid so my guess is that 25m will be gone.

Everyone expects Covid sales to slow but my focus is on new products sold.

Lack of news definitely impacted us but equally good news on contracts could be a hugely much needed boost

It’s falling dally on low volume.

Absolutely crazy and no statement from the board to help prop it up or at least stop the falls.

I know they are in closed period but surely given previous statements with last result we could have expected news on Poc doc. News on new products and possible news regarding Boots deal. It’s strange considering Penny stated she expected to share news in the first half of 2025.

I wonder if local authorities will keep giving pay rises or will it be like the bin men!
