My gut instinct this is Staffline workers

I think a company with a billion assets alone is worth way more than current valuations.

I wouldn’t be surprised if a suitor is eyeing an acquisition for this company.

As I said I’ve seen this many times but with assets like this and contracts and infrastructure in place this has all the hallmarks of a recovery play.

Who knows but I’m sure this won’t be this price in twelve months if it’s still Mobico

The problem is lack of dividend but if new people in place turn it around which is 💯 possible as Taylor Wimpey did in a similar situation in 2007 then I feel current investors will do do extremely well over long run.

Short term anything possible but long term investment in this is required.

Shorts are definitely trying to extract lower entry points but equally get burned

How many predicted this to fall this low when it was around £2.50p in 2021!.

It went as high as £12.00 when it originally floated many years ago.

They say investing is long term. Really. It’s a a gamble whether short or long term but long term investors probably won’t live long enough to recoup losses although I hope they do

I think debt is priority now share buybacks

With the assets alone and contracts it has its worth a much higher valuation. Money from US sale to pay down debt will offer a re rate. Public transport always required however poor previous management decisions have been costly.

Reminds me of the Taylor Wimpy moments when the price crashed to 4p.

I feel at the right moment this will reverse however when is the key. Could the bottom already be in!. Fact that they disposed of US liability is perfect but price is questionably a low offer.

What is obvious for me is that MHC are selling a lot of HIV tests in comparison to most of their own products.

This demonstrates that MHC must do more deals with other companies in order to both exploit opportunities and create growth.

The VAT update was expected and overdue and I would have liked to see the full amount originally mentioned however that’s what it is. Sometimes we have accept it is what it is.

The fact is any positive news on a deal with boots could prove vital but in the end it will be interesting to see how the board are using the capital in the bank and how healthy the balance sheet it.

I feel a penny has demonstrated she is prudent but this market is not rewarding to many companies which ultimately makes it difficult in this environment.

For example a company like MHC which had almost as much in the as its market cap should have a share price three times current price in order for the company to raise funds to expand but unfortunately the markets don’t work off logic.

What company caves into the workforce

I guess the devil is the details and HMRC are playing hardball. Quick to to take money but not willing help businesses without a fight to keep it.

At least MHC is fighting to getting something and I guess it’s a bonus either way but equally MHC need to confirm plans and current trading to reassure investors and create opportunities for new investors otherwise we will just float around.

I do do think current price not justifying the work so far and potential but in the end it’s about contracts and actual figures.

I’m sure Penny knows what she is doing and fact recent high value investors like Donald and Stephen haven’t reduced is positive and maybe they may add on current weakness

HMRC are quick to take but as quick to give back

So a RNS statement that we may get a VAT refund of 0.6m however we had hoped for 1.6m!.

Still anything is a bonus.

Surely some credit due and surprised by the lack of trades.
