No one knows for sure if a rises or falls but at these prices compared to the and given today’s positive RNS it’s hard to see it fall but know to expect the unexpected and I won’t be surprised. This has been battered like many others but this news is good news and I’ll take it. Hopefully it slowly rises but if you bought at £1.60 and don’t buy at these levels then difficult to see how you will get your money back.

I believe the share price will rise over time and see 15p taken out shortly however nothing goes up I. A straight line and we are in for volatile times.
I would like Directors to take part in the share stability and buy shares in volume to demonstrate they have confidence it the RNS they released.
I also believe that a good board of Directors that buy when shares fall heavy do install confidence in the market and markets often take Directors buys as a good sign.

Interest rates rising fast and bank running scared to put products back out there. No products no buyers and a crash imminent.
All house builders margins will be smashed as they discount even though labour and material cost rising along with spiralling interest payments.
This is. Nightmare only made worse with the mini budget.
I am sticking to 50p call unless the government can convince banks to bring back products.

Some may not like Zak but there the individual opinions and he’s certainly made me a lot with gems like Nyct from penny to pounds. I think 19p prediction is justified and perfectly reasonable.
Also people must realise Covid is rising again so GDR more than capable of another RNS shortly.

I think Zak Mir is close on the button with his near term view of 19-20p. However any other RNS and easily be higher. The American market is a completely different monster for GDR.

78000 buy at 8.14am. If these type of buys continued it would be easy to see a nice rise. It’s definitely undervalued on future revenue potential in America in my opinion.

At just over £1.00!recently these were a fantastic price given the results and dividends. In a few years these will look really cheap prices. All recruitment suffering on a suspected slowdown but a shortage of workers will prove critical to recruitment shares bouncing back

I agree she needs to do something. On the good note for the share price covid is rising again. Masks for staff is mandatory in the Worcestershire hospital trust again.

Once again this was cheap at 10p and still great value now. The Directors buys gives confidence that value is in the company so if you bought way higher it would be wise the average. I’m happy with my price paid and will look in 12 months time as day trading ain’t for me.

Two years and you’ll be fine. The interest will peak early next year but will cause a lot of followed by falling inflation rapidly. Reason being petrol is already falling and a big contributor to the figures. The problem is getting through the next six to 12 months. As I said things could change swiftly if macroeconomic change. The Russian invasion ends quickly etc.
Landlords are now taxed on rent received however mortgage cost are almost equal to rents if your current deals expiring. They will flood the market. The government won’t help second home owners and I’m sure this will start a stampede to sell soon enough. Especially 40% tax payers.

I’m ready to take more at 10p these are definitely cheap I think. Directors bought much higher recently so I think it’s time to buy for the longer term

Bought loads of Staffline at 18p so still up but yes it has fallen back a lot. Watch out for falling house prices and mortgages drying up as inflationary pressures causes interest rate rises.
I could be wrong Peakyblinder but its 90p and interest rates only just started to move upwards.
How many people do you know coming off 1% mortgages and having to scramble to lock in at 4.5% for years through fear.
This was 4p once and it’s American arm to sell. Now it’s got land bank which will be valued down as prices fall.
Let’s see what the price is at Christmas!.
It could well be a bargain if things turn around but not until more pain is felt to calm inflation.

Who is Henry Spain buying all these share on behalf of. Your money would definitely say HRNET are ready to pounce but why is the share price still falling!.
What price would they offer?.
This has all the hallmarks of a textbook takeover shortly and Albert joining HRNETs board as a Non Director. Two announcements in one one day.
If Staffline is in talks with HRNET they should declare it in my opinion because saying nothing is letting shareholders value evaporate only for any offer to be lowered and give his role today Albert has a vested interest

I will buy in around 50 p however I hope I’m wrong for current investors sake.
I also see a situation where unemployment rises as companies shut due to higher interest rates and energy costs so see the government over shooting it. I see a lot of pain but see inflation dropping dramatically next year and interest rates being slashed to entice growth to stimulate the world economy.
Warren Buffett said in 2007 that the very thing that gets you into a recession (cheap interest rates) is what gets you out!. So yes I think it’s pain for 6-12 months and then boom again.
Once the the government controlled the stock market now the stock market controls the government which is evidenced by the chancellors u turn on 45p tax

House builders are in a worse position than ever.
The demand will fall due to affordability and now given the rises in house prices the average mortgage is 8x a persons income in comparison to the past of 4x.
The buy to let investors will scramble to sell to lock in profits because given the interest rate rises they will be losing as yields evaporate and new tax laws puts them in a terrible situation.
The mortgage companies have pulled products so expect higher interest rates to tackle inflation.
Yes they are better capitalised than 2007 however they have dividends to pay otherwise shareholders revolt and prices fall.
Land values will fall so balance sheets effected substantially.
Prices are high due to supply and demand but as more people sell property they can’t afford the supply increases and demand falls so you decide.
I believe 50p is true value and this Christmas we will close as GDP contracts and lack of spending
