This could be worse than 2007 in my opinion because in 2007 it was created because of subprime mortgages etc down to greed and deception. The world could reduce interest rates and increase mortgage products to help people.
This time the are raising interest rates and cutting products in the mortgage markets so crippling the economy.
Everyone knows someone in a trade connected to the building game and a down will cripple the economy and house prices will fall at least 10-20%

A few trades and we are down 6%. These prices must be cheap now surely I thinks.

Small sales showing at 1.72p on a dummy sale. Still 1.78p to buy. The spread needs to narrow. We really need a positive RNS on this one.

Hopefully we can start moving upwards again. Nothing guaranteed but the fact it has held up so well in a depressed market offers us hope we could move higher soon when things settle.
Also I’m sure we are due an RNS soon about new products or progress on talks with retailers in existing products. Imagine getting them in Tesco’s or Other supermarkets.

I bet house builders are scrambling to finish properties so they can get them over the line before people pull out. Why buy now when every thing points to a drop in house prices. Sorry negative equity is not appealing in my eyes but a strong possibility

I think you should explain your thoughts to Henry Spain. I’m sure Henry knows why he’s buying bugs Another large buy of of 225,000 today.
New contracts revenue to be included in next accounts etc and I’m sure the costs are being passed on to to employers.
I do however think they should have raised more at capital raise price of 50p to ensure everything was paid off and debt free.

These are Directors buys are actually finally making me more confident given the size of the buys

Many assumptions that these are all buys and hope your correct but never forget shorters borrow them also and they often appear as buys when this happens. Anyway I’m hoping like many it goes up to 20p but just cautioning people because today opened near 20p and we all thought the breaks were off.
Positive finish in the states and intervention may actually steady the markets and will be healthy for us. I do however have my concerns still with the Directors for getting in this mess but that’s for another day.

I did and do hold this share but this Bank of England intervention may just calm the markets. As I said anything below 10p was and is a bargain however I won’t be chasing it at these levels. This mornings drop is an example of what can happen

One thing for sure is Daniel Quite was very smart to lock in interest payments on the debt. May prove be the best move and shows he’s a smart guy

I actually called 10p when it was nearly £1.00 so actually I think I got the fundamentals perfectly correct thankfully. As I said before anything under 10p is and was a buying opportunity

I hope I’m wrong as understand people have lost almost everything but some saying it’s worth 30p!. May be but on what calculations. Sorry it went as low as 5p and once again anything under 10p not a bad bet bet don’t get out is all I’m saying. Most shares double bottom before rising again if at all

Many on here were spouting 20p-30p last night and now it’s down to 13.5p. Imagine any one who bought on the open already 40-50% down. Sorry just be careful as It fell for a reason and the market has definitely loss confidence in the board.
Yes they have bought shares higher but now they need to come back in today to stem the fall again. Sorry they got the company in the mess so time for them get it out and start with buying if they believe in the strategy

I hope I’m wrong but after buying frenzy of large buys yesterday and day before it’s easy to see this head back down as those that lost a fortune new it was over sold and bid it back up for a quick 100% profit.
Remember one thing it’s the same board that messed it up at the helm so nothing changed.

Given the market conditions I’m impressed so far with how MHC is holding up.
