No idea but someone posted when sp 700 that the order book looked like a massive short was being put through. I can't imagine it was dropped simply due to the 2 largish transactions. We saw a similar extreme drop only a few days ago. It looks to me like pure manipulation and the LSE have shown they are not interested in investigating such matters, so its a free for all who have the funds and the market access.

Business is twice the size compared to the IPO = twice the cost to run = Liability when the cases aren't there and may not be for at least another year.

If you don't want volitile share movements, perhaps take a look at syme. Looks like it could be the share for you

I do kind of hope so. I had had reservations about performance due to court shut downs and expect commitments to be down (LIT is behind schedule announcing a further managed fund which was expected Dec). If they have managed to excel in the past half year the future will be very rosy. All the best to the LTH

Government gives businesses much-needed breathing space with extension of insolvency measures

The government announced it intends to extend the power (granted through the Corporate Governance and Insolvency Act) to make temporary amendments or modify the effects of corporate insolvency and governance legislation for an additional year. The government laid the regulations on 11 February 2021 in Parliament ahead of the power expiring on 30 April 2021.

Good find BBH. Im guessing, but presume the documents would be sealed and locked away in a vault because they have critical importance to the case. I doe's sound promising especially when taken with Sebastians translated comments. That said I'm sure there will be many twists and turns ahead so wouldn't bet the house just yet.

It's certainly only for those with strong conviction. I was kind of expecting a 3rd visit to 600p yesterday followed by a strong bounce and it shot up before getting close to the 600 mark. I thought last night that we'd passsed the 3rd test. How right but how wrong. Thankfully must of the drop has now been regained but was quite concerned to see a 7% drop on no news. I know this can be volitile but that was extreme. Here's hoping that's it now with the games and it's up all the way to and beyond the 17th.

IF the government eases support. I never thought it would last this long and certainly won't be betting against it not continuing beyond April... Especially with Starmer needing to score points

Could be marketing in sense of looking for buyer, or could be marketing in sense of talking to potential PI's at ShareSoc and the like, and exceptions maybe where they want to avoid possible negative publicity?

Just seems a load of words without any easy obvious solid interpretation. Highly ambiguous and part of reason why I sold. Will be gutted if an offer comes in at a premium now but think I've seen enough red flags to justify moving my capital elsewhere.

I don't think anyone shareholder can answer that but insolvency has not disappeared for good. Fraudulent behaviour against creditors/HMRC cannot be just swept under the carpet. At sometime cases will return at a greater scale to what has been seen already. I'm very disappointed with this sell but don't know the reasons behind it. No doubt we will find out more at the ShareSoc Webinar. I also want to know whether Mano's skills can be deployed in other activities while case loads are temporarily reduced. Can they work to bring fraudulent covid loans to justice and make recoveries for HMRC? Are there other areas that can be entered? These lawyers aren't cheap and need to be utilized in some income generating way. I hope your reading this Cooklin
