The forward guidence doesn't take in the cloud telephony via ms teams opportunity. The majority of PS customers are using teams and a lot of the churned non PS business was lost due to teams. In short Cloud telephony via teams to PS and non PS should be significant and this hasn't been accounted for. I'm looking at this from a different angle as bought in at 75p and care really only for the sticky PS business. At current prices just this market niche offers value. The additional cloud telephony opportunity is a huge bonus.

Best not to use free data like that here. Stocko details the PE as of today at 8.19 for the trailing twelve months and at 5.45 using forecasted estimates for 2020. Crazy!

I worked that out when you suggested a minus PE, which can only happen when earnings are negative, and they aren't here. Cash doesn't come into the equation. Speaking of which LOOP qualifies for Stockopedia's "Free Cash Flow Cows Screen" in addition to 5 other long screens, a positive indicator that this is quality currently at a bargain price

Good summary scuba. I believe the majority of the attrition LOOP suffered was to Microsoft Teams as it is effectively free, bundled with 365, for a firm's internal usage. Which is of course significant in view of the huge MS Teams integrated Cloud business telephony opportunity they are now pursuing.
