Sorry for the mess I made regarding the Percentage holding of SC, I was wrong.
Does anyone believe that SC did not know about 6.1% placing beforehand and agree to it?

Why I feel different.
The opportunity to buy the Bougouni tenement came to pass and planned or not kodal took it.
Given its position it was and is likely to contain a thumping big whack of Lithium.So what does BA do with it, let it sit as set aside and pursue the game plan for 452 Sq kms already in play in isolation and then have to go in due course through the same rigorous route again with Bougouni?Make your own minds up on that one.
BA however is approached or he approaches an entity that is prepared to buy 1/2 Bn shares at .14p with minimal placing costs to the Company and receives £700k of cash.
BA who is a prospector at heart see`s an opportunity to use this money to drill at Bougouni and if successful in finding the lithium he expects also allows him to incorporate it in the forthcoming applications of the ESIA, the Mining Licence, etcetera and gives a better indication of the Processing Plant required.To do this stalls the ball short term but has considerable cost savings and benefits long term.
In addition we have in the past wondered how the 50sq kms loss occurred, and I ask is the present unknown entity of the type that is seen as a necessary partner moving forward.
This money allows BA to drill and not walk about with his hands pocket itching to get stuck into Bougouni and increase for us all the size of the mine by 44%.
Yes it will slow things down, yes I would have liked the entity to have paid more,yes BA seems to kick sand in our faces from time to time.I do not dispute any of this and many more things that have happened but in the end what he has done may be very shrewd indeed.If this recent event was bad why has the SP not as yet reflected it?
Sorry but the above is why I cannot condemn him and I don`t know what is required to succeed in Mali.

Yes as I said earlier I feel shafted and disappointed by BA. Nothing new there he does have previous and does what he wants when he wants.I frankly do not have time to support my subject tread now but will asap.One brief thing that no one seems to have touched on is Suay Chin.Think how they feel having been in a position of one step away from a take over if they wished and now down to below 23%. Worse still this was done with their own man on the Board.This is a simple but important matter that requires reasoning as to why when clearly SC not only knew but accepted this covert placing.Racing to a conclusion on this transaction may well be an error.
NEDHAMMER exuberance is not ramping, to trust and believe is both honest and decent.

NZGreen. I don`t know, but could it be that with this £700k and the finance it allows for drilling the recently acquired 200Km squared Bougouni Tenement is now being put into the ESIA also? Hence the time extension.

Keep in mind this big trade was at 9 o`clock, and if a sell was been gobbled up already.

Greenhaven, ramping hasn`t been very beneficial for those you would accuse given the shares are down 9%.Has it?
Please realize at 6 shares a penny ramping or deramping is only in peoples mines.BA and Co., did what they did and this or any other BB comments were irrelevant.
I have not said this for a long time but if you want to be a winner at investing establish a wide balanced portfolio.

Soutie, I agree 6.1% has an ii written all over it. Recent tenement which was highly praised here could well have been let sit instead BA can get stuck in and while most feel shafted this morning what will the opinion be when some very good drilling results start hitting the board? It also has the effect of reducing SC`s percentage holding and pushes them back from the dreaded 30 and reduces that threat somewhat.
I cannot hide my disappointment, but would it be realistic to open a full placing for 6% to all share holders,costs, warts and all?
To me a placing of 1 share for every 2 held is meaningful and if needed is appropriate and worthy of the name but a 6% delution in our holding is annoying but little else.If it assists the long term plan so be it. I have already bought another million and will purchase a couple more over the next few days.
If this is concerning and i am not saying it isn`t what odds a full on placing when the processing plant raises its head?
Mogwhy was indeed correct but will that matter come mid year.Only time will tell.

I said 5p per share when I came here on the basis of 5 minutes of multiplication and long division. Absolute nonsense probably but it is still in my head and who knows if prices double for spodumene in the interim.
