The big news come Thursday will be that hard as the BoD have tried they have been unable to obtain market finance to build a processing plant given that somewhere in the region of £35 million is required. However they have received a bid circa .20p per share to buy the company out and the BoD have little option but to recommend the offer.
To think the Chinese do not know the sample results and the mine value already is naive.
Being almost 30% shareholders and the support of the board the Chinese would be stupid to do otherwise.If I am wrong it will only be a matter of time,and those who say present price + 50% will never be accepted may believe they can vote it down and possibly so but where does the money to proceed with the extraction and processing come from?

Sufcessex,sorry I have been in them for around 20 years, and stated them several times on this site.Maybe they are not as good as I say but i now rarely look at them.They have the best portfolio of share I Know. They don`t do buybacks.

Yes everyone here can be conned,but is that likely.If so why didn`t Sc press for the other 1.8pc placed a couple of weeks back,it would have brought them over the 30%,and left them in must bid position.They didn`t which say`s a lot.To me it means they do not have the full backing for a take over ,at least at this time.As said face has been saved and we have more liquidity lets be sceptical but mindful that SC have what they most want a prime position to obtain any Lithium mined.That and the fact they have a 29% discount on all they purchase. They also have a top Geologist in BA and connections to the Mali mining Ministry through his contacts. I am saying something from left field could not take us out but is hard to see where. All including us are here for the Lithium and little else matters financially.

To try and make my point clearer,the price you buy at only really matters when you sell.I believe in the future when all matters are resolved and imo positively the SP will be at a level far in advance of what anyone has currently paid.As long as no rip of nonsense occurs,and I absolutely do not expect any this share will multi bag and all investors will be happy. My questions will be answered in due course, but that may be longer than any of us would like. I hope that assists in establishing my beliefs.

This BoD became a joke long ago and have no idea how to develop a business plan never mind implementing it.However even the press seem to fall for it with many annually repeating year after year that the only way is up. No one really invests here for profit it is for the chat, just look at how many applaud the continuous drops, i have a holding in SMT for years excellent well run Company but boring as `ell.
