I like to believe that when Directors make statements they do so in good faith, more akin to weather forecasting.When we are told a day will be sunny take it at face value but carry an umbrella.
So the JORC takes a few weeks longer than we expect as long as it is good that is acceptable.We all believe in BA to varying extents or we would have sold long ago.
Negative and positive comments are the life blood of these BB`s and will always be but let us not think they sway share prices,solid facts alone do that.

Chesh, from Fridays close the spread has widened over 4.5%.MM looking to buy on the cheap and therefore most of the fall.
I know spread is not accurate but it gives a general trend.
If the Jorc comes through in September and is half as good as I expect this will all be trivial.

I dislike a lot of things and do not get on with all my neighbours, but I cannot stand the word hate and all who know me and particularly my family are well aware of this.It is so extreme to use that word about people as a race or a group or individually it makes me cringe.Yes express your annoyance freely but never think you know it all about other people kindness comes in many ways and it should not even require saying treat everybody as you find them.

There is no such thing as a certainty with Kodal.
Concerns would be a lot easier to accept if issues like the sample had of been attended to without what has been an inordinate delay IMO and license paper work dealt with efficiently.

Development and Processing plant is believed to be dependent on the Chinese.Some feel the processing set up and production costs will be borne solely by them with them getting a discount on the Lithium provided by Kodal.I hope so but why should they? The Jorc will i truly believe show we have over 450 SQ Kilometres of very high grade Lithium.
That being the case why would the Chinese not take a Debenture over our Company`s assets or want at least a rejig of the share allocation as security for their input?Which would be double figure millions.
Anything less would be the strangest deal I have ever come across and would be failing to protect their shareholders.Obviously either option would reduce our shareholdings value.

I bought in at the prospector stage,we have now moved to the promise of confirming the mines value and to the more distant developing and indeed processing stage.I want to see if this BoD are up to that given their past and who will pay for it.
My concern is simply who ever comes up with the supporting Capital to finance such a future and how it it can be done without diluting the private investors shareholding value substantially.Such financial support usually comes at a price.But even Shylock was out smarted.
Just a speculative investor willing to pay to read the last chapter but most will know I am not a deramper hopefully.

know? Say an offer of .35p was made would that being almost 3 times the present sell price be acceptable in the real world.Lets say it were turned down would you finance the Processing Plant?I doubt it.
These figures are not speculation they are multiples of the real share price, and frankly if SC walk away the mine could lie undeveloped for many years.I am sure you have answers to all this but remember the main Priority for SC is not to make rich.
