Never had fres but noticed its right down like the rest of them. I presume I've got silver covered by hochshield but ultimately its difficult to predict anything other than the fact all markets are cyclical....or are they?! Carillion are like bby,diversified and global these days,should be okay. I rarely watch films these days unless its late at night or a DVD which is easier to stop/start with interruptions! Last one I watched was Threads,a pretty grim one about after the bomb...these youngsters have no idea the fear we grew up with!!!

Agreed mate,sometimes over-trading and watching prices too much is counter productive. Did nothing today but did put some range res back in as they've dropped so much I couldn't resist a few. Good day on the big oils especially shell B for some reason. I seem to have ended the week holding more POG as well as HOC than Monday!! SSE and ADM both well up there for the yield currently. A better day here and CLLN but haven't noticed any wild deviations in mine, mind you when you get your p/f just balanced the way you want it, there's always something that happens to make it all change again!! RSA another one sitting on the floor I see,on the add list and if it dips below a quid then I'm going for it as the last time it didn't stay there for long. Grass always looks greener bud. Keep the realism by doing my own boards etc,not as much of a desk job as it sounds really. Anyway better get some kip,hopefully the miners will bounce back sooner rather than later!!

No fun attached to dental work mate,just look forward to when its finished. Yes another bruising day although managed an unexpected small profit on CLIG so had more admiral and my two favourite battered miners have found their way back in again(POG and HOC). Traded those cyan things as well just north of yesterday's entry. Aside from that you'll be proud to hear I managed to chain a few logs in between appointments and wearing my suit,quick brush down after no dramas!!
