Totally agree theres a buzz about these,added a second smaller holding to my isa the other day when i found out i could!! A couple of mates have bought here recently,started as almost a bit of a joke as the upside here is so crazy but now i,m getting interested,as i understand it they are after mayoral approval,conditions attached to the pp for 3400 resi units,shops,hotel,conference centre and even their own new tube station i read somewhere,aim high why not!!! Most resource pennys offer a healthy upside with the customary 30% retrace 5 minutes afterwards but these,well frankly,if they got anywhere near what they are after,that 2007 price might not be complete nonsense afterall. Clearly high risk/high return and not for widows and orphans as they say....when i look at these each morning i really have no idea what to expect. The spreads wider than the thames,not sure about all these price monitoring extensions,some hint somewhere of a peg down from the all-share listing,probably in debt up to the gunnels but then, the upside potential,wow!!! Anyway just thought i,d share these brainless observations with you,lets hope we,re in for a good time here,a true punt for me,good luck with yours and apologies in advance if i sound a bit frivolous about them but its just one of those "anything could happen" ones in my opinion,good luck and for our sakes lets hope theres something good brewing!!!!

On those numbers i,d buy one i reckon,bought and paid for in less than 5 years!!! Mind you it,ll be interesting to see if it takes off down under and on the commercial side where cost savings are particularly relevant.

Cheers mate and thanks for bringing it to my radar,netley put the sliderule over it and suggested if they got in with one of the utility brigade they could be a goer,clearly it's taken some time to recover from the placing but with all the good news flowing out of this lot hopefully things will pick up from here. Plenty of 'good ideas' out there but these are right on the money as saving money and the envionment (in that order) is more in vogue than when they first popped up,anyway fingers crossed and good luck mate

Bought in on Friday as I'd heard about the product from a guy who works on a social housing project in Bristol,thanks to Charlie but not sure if he's posted here. Money saving is a big thing in this climate and was interested to see the certification for the product to be sold in Australia and NZ on nov 1st......whether they buy it is another matter!! Also my broker informs me they won an award this year but haven't got the details of that yet. A few discussions elsewhere have basically ended up that if one of the big utility companies get hold of it they could take off but like many things it's forever in unknown territory,are you in here riddler?

Dividend safe as houses,dropped a bit more than the interim as the racier ones are more in favour,tipped everywhere as an income buy,regulated income holds it back from what it ought to be but very few places you can combine this safety and yield,it's a 6 quid share so if it gets any cheaper I'll be adding even more and celebrating even more twice a year when the postman arrives!!!

Tipped by the IC this week,hefty emphasis on the discount to downgraded nav,highlighted the directors buys and pointed out there won't be any trouble on the banking covenants unless the resi Market drops a third(in which case dare I surmise there will be bigger problems out there!!!).

Interesting volume today,check the trades rather than numbers above,more than a corrective bounce after the IC tip last week maybe,small div 15th December,larger one projected for next year but not sure the 20-odd million buys are after that somehow....and against a huge drop in the Market today,interesting.......

Its a lot lower than it was prior to the bid interest,suffering from the dreaded "public sector fears that no money will ever be spent ever again" syndrome,so i,d like to think its oversold. Outsoucing is a 2 way street in this climate so odds on its been overdone but the fear in the nearterm will no doubt be a divi cut,but we,ll have to wait for next year to find out. If you,re looking for a longterm holding to tuck away its not a bad choice but normally not traded that much,i bought a few on the recent profit warning drop and may top up a few but not a trading position for me.

Another day of disproportionate buys and sells and hardly anything on the SP,I can only assume it'll get going soon!!!

Well looking like another blue day on the bluechips,just flogged my EMG and those ortac res,both for profits as need to make provision for certain tax bills in january(to pay for the divs i took out of the business to gamble on the markets!). Ortec starting to look a bit rampy to me,buy now they,ll probably double!!! VOG,you should look at as you can buy and sell millions of the things,as close to 3p as you can get,topped up a few at 3.06 yesterday but holding a lot already,one rns and you,ll see a quick boost,small retrace then decent rise if the news is good. Are we playing with the seadogs today and whats the strategy as i,m still in them with 6 grand looking like 4 grand!!?

Just got back in and see we,ve had a good afternoon!!! Just posted a viewpoint on the other,other one okay......bought some tribal group earlier but looks like they dipped a bit more,how irritating! Topped up even more VOG and a few more octac res and reduced my JPR to pay for it,hmmm,hold fire on that merger trinity till i,ve re-loaded!!!! Watching ANGM but need a 3 in front,or do i?
