Permits to re-stimulate were submitted May 2017.

I guess there are a number of ways, I think the important point is we let the interested parties know that we are willing to fund should they not wish to. Obviously we still require the permits!

2) Should no offers arrive by given date, share-holders approve a raising of funds to re-frac current wells and possibly fix pg11a, (should it need fixing after re-frac).

3) Refrain from developing other wells until revenues increase and plant is built, (loan used to fund plant)

By the way I wasn't aware that there were 3 permits. I only know of the plant and the pg10/11a permits.
I thought the re-entry to other wells was being prepared, I was not aware that they had already submitted it.

I may be wrong, but there are so many permits flying around , unfortunately none have landed on our desk yet.

In my view the people who need to answer questions are the Slovenia authorities and 'ARSO'. AST have bent over backwards and jumped through hoops, they have endured appeal after appeal to the high court.

Yet still they wait!

If what they say is true, ie holidays in August. Strange that they gave us a deadline of July 6 and then vanish on holiday for a month. Surely they would provide us with a decision before then. Otherwise they may as well have put a deadline for August 26.

… and back then we had debt of approx. £12 mil, we hadn't done an extended flow test, we had no infrastructure in place, we had no customer to sell gas to, we were over 2 years further back on the permit process and yes we were a loss making company.

Sorry for nit-picking, but Colin was on his way to the meeting with Government Ministers when he did the interview and he also said the questions to the two permits will go in on Friday, (tomorrow).

I'm hoping they have a decision next week, but it will more likely be the week after that. We have waited long enough imo.

If that article is translated correctly, then it suggests that it took over a year for the agency to come to that conclusion, whish is a huge amount of time. Then it says we have just 2 weeks to file a report, that all seems very odd.

However the decision has not been made yet, so time will tell.

Any thoughts on NIS Serbia. I believe there was a rumour a few years back.

It was thought they were interested in having a stake in the project.

These amendments must be just minor details, hopefully a crossed t and a few dotted i's. AST should have this completed and returned sometime next week. Then it's down to the speed at which the Environment Agency can review the amendments and hopeully issue the permit. Could be as quick as a few days but hopefully no more than a month maximum. We have waited long enough! Once this arrives the sp should rise and the anticipation of a JV or buy-out could also help the sp. I'm not sure how it works but they may decide on a time-limit for any offers to be submitted.
