I'm 90% sure if or when the permit is issued an offer in some form will arrive. Colin will then be required to present that offer to shareholders.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if the stimulation permit comes in, a fund raise will probably not happen.We will more than likely be offered a new partnership, (ie future funding in exchange for a percentage of the asset).

This I imagine will be what will suit Colin and his team.

Over the years people on here were saying the permit would never come. I even started having doubts myself. Well at long last it has!
I'm fairly certain those companies involved in the SR are now watching this closely. Should they make a move now at this low price or wait for more information on the second permit, but pay a much, much higher price.
The fact that they have issued the permit for the plant, will in my view make our legal case against them even stronger should they not issue the permit for stimulation.

As someone has mentioned before purchasing or hiring compressor equipment is not that simple and comes at a price.
They have said they are dealing with this.
What I was hinting at. If or when they are close to completing the contract for the compressor they may hold-off signing if they believe the permit is close.

As I say it was just a thought and I am probably wong.

Just a thought, I may be wrong, but they may wait for the result of the appeal to the EIA. If they win the appeal they may not need the compressor equipment!

Yes as Jed says, the SR took many months, sadly the permits never arrived. It was highly unlikely they would make a move without them.

I think that the share price would end up above 2p, possibly touch 3p. I have lowered my estimates due to the constant delays with the permits.

However someone may do a cheeky buy-out, due to the very low share price we have at present.
