Even though clean energy and capital projects are mooted we must not be deluded into thinking this is a referral to R.R. dont forget there is still no clear indication as to who will be awarded the contracts to build these , until a actual announcement is rolled out regarding building these and who will build them,its all still speculation or to put it more clearly smoke and mirrors, its time they layed their cards on the table and gave some certainty about this project one way or another and we have to hope its the sweetner that goes with the bad news that will be layed out at next wednesdays budget, watch and wait.

You could well be right, Rachael Reeves (if we cant afford it we wont have it) or she may well while they are down punish pensioners even more by cutting free transport (bus passes) do away with free prescriptions, this could have a triple whammy effect i.e. no winter fuel payments, = poorer health, need to see doctor for treatment (walk to surgery will do them good) cant afford treatment prescribed ( probably cant afford to pay for treatment,) resulting in higher death rates, less pension payments, hey my budgets working a treat didnt i do well, winner winner chicken dinner.

My point is this is a chat board for R.R. not American politics which the people of this country have no control over whatsoever, i am more concerned about what is happening in this country, but thats for another chat group.

Considering that the next R.R. update will be post budget, and get it wrong reeves, may have poured more cold water on the economy and continue blaming the last government, it may well be a case of her oft spoken phrase (if we cant afford it, we wont have it) so it will be interesting bearing in mind she is now in Liz Truss territory regarding crashing the economy, British industry is holding back on recruiting till after the budget, and Tufan Cannot wait forever regarding giving Britain first dibs at S.M.R. from R.R. we may hear something very different to what we were expecting, time will tell.

Lets hope that any announcement tomorrow puts a end to the dithering regarding S.M.R.s and is not just a reiteration of the promise of green energy i.e windmills and solar panels, time is of the essence here regarding the lead Britain has in the technology for S.M.R.s The country needs this for both energy supply continuity and also a boost to industry and employment, it will also bolster confidence regarding the promises made in the run up to the election, lets see the changes they have promised us and the people of this country, they have talked the talk, now lets see them walk the walk.

Well now they have shut the last coal fired power station and we are now in the hands of the weather, to provide our power and no sign of s.m.r.s being given the go ahead to be built, i wonder how long before we experience the first power outage, allready warnings are being touted that to maintain supplys we may have to resort to european energy supplys to keep the lights on (at what cost) and the government continue with the beauty contest for the remaining contestants for the roll out of S.M.R.s totaly oblivious to the fact that the lights may go out, Great British Energy is starting to look like a nice name but no substance or backbone (a bit like miliband) and the show goes on regardless, methinks its gonna be a cold long winter, with some discontent thrown in for good measure.

That makes disturbing reading and highlights Ed Milibands ineptitude to make a logical decision, regarding the future needs of this country, he will let the people of this country down with his green ideals, and the country will suffer from his being in charge, and along with whitehall and the civil service, will preside over the loss of the means to be self sufficient regarding our power needs.
