At last something that actually relates to R.R.

I hope somebody knows something we dont.

And none of these items of news mean a jot regarding WHO they will actually choose, and its still down to a bloke who cant handle a bacon sandwich, as to whether they even go ahead with these projects, the more i see and hear from Starmer regarding how badly off this country is (if they are to be believed) and the painfull remedys they are telling us are coming in october we may all end up sucking lemons, and feeling we have been conned.

there are two theories about the delays. one is that open auction process has been disrupted by the election.

the second is that energy secretary Ed Milliband is listening to climate change extremists and is ice cold on new nukes, a formal decision is hoped for this month.

failure to give Rolls-Royce a clear go-ahead would be calamitous for U.K. Manufacturing and jobs.

Hard to believe anything politicans say, and more so what they dont say, im sure all the pensioners who will struggle with heating bills this winter will understand, why they were first to be hit where it hurts with a policy never mentioned in the run up to the election,had it been in the election manifesto i think we all know how the result may have turned out, like i said its not always about what they do say. the prime minister said yesterday its going to be a hard budget, but would not elaborate further with details, thats Reeves domain and shes had a very impressive start to her tenure as chancellor.

I cannot stop thinking of Rachel Reeves rhetoric when she gave her previous statement, several times she said (if we cant afford it we wont have it) and with the dire statement today from starmer, and the ominous Halloween Budget it ponders the question of which projects will be sidelined S.M.Rs although badly needed may well be in the firing line for possibly being delayed until they balance the books, i hope im wrong but just for safety ive taken some profit to invest elsewhere, whilst i have faith in R.R. i dont have faith in the Government.

Totally agree, the lead R.R. has in S.M.R. Technology is slowly eroding while the new government naval gazes as winter approaches and heating cost increases are announced on top of winter fuel payments for pensioners being sidelined to only the poorest in society, i wonder if with hindsight of only weeks in power a election re-run was to take place what the outcome would be ? at the end of the day this country is no nearer making a decision about being self sufficient for power than it was last year and may remain that way indefiniteley.
