Me to ITT . I just think moves such as today send the wrong message. I agree there are always PIs out there who buy a good story, fewer still really research enough and hence lose money.
Have to say I agree with you Tony. It would be interesting to see what the recent after investors think of this. Probably the rationale behind urging the opt just above the recent raise. If they hit even this low target I will be more than pleased.
Seems the BOD don't think they have a hope of hitting their original option price of 42p within the next 2 years though.

The only problem with that argument itt is without shareholders cash they couldn't live in the land of milk and honey lol . Interesting that 33 % is instant,33% 12 months an 33% 2 years .

Morning Tony, I for one would be more than happy to see the price rocket. It just leaves a bad taste when the BOD carry on like this. Some have been saying for years ,and many new investors would have come in based on JCs 42p, unless that is you can move the goalposts to 14.5p to suit yourself.
I agree with ITT 50p option is no good to JC ,14.5 is far more likely. Yet again shows their total disdain for shareholders in my opinion.

JC gets just over 5m shares options of and average 0.347p cancelled and is then awarded almost 7m new share options at an option price of 0.145 p.?

£1 would suit me fine Tony. A little bit of trading in the last week or so has gained me an additional 10k free shares which is nice. Off for a break on a lake in Yorkshire to try and fool some carp and chill out so will be keeping a watching brief. Football ,fishing ,beer ,repeat. Just got to keep the better half happy lol. Morning Lupi. My fear is the cost of the finance will be extortionate and any deal would not benefit shareholders. Remember the BOD as hopeless as they seem haven't managed to find people falling over themselves.
As you say the numbers can't lie, when and if they raise the money the truth will out as to the competancy of the BOD.

He's been doing little other than taking his salary,taking his bonus and shafting shareholders. The guy is incompetent and out of his depth. Covid gave him the perfect excuse to avoid proper questioning at a face to face AGM .
The woman in the US saw him for what he was and done him up like a kipper. Next step in the debacle will no doubt be dilution as they can't get finance. How much longer can this fool survive?

Would be preferable if they announced an order sometime soon. A companies "team" is usually expanded to fulfill an imminently large order that requires additional support or to try and drum up business. Wonder which one it is here?.........
Probably explains the fall back in the share price during the last week or so.
