LONDON, Nov 5 (Reuters) - British retailer Marks & Spencer has not discussed buying the 50% of the Ocado Retail business it does not own, with the chief executive saying that such a deal was not currently in his plans.
M&S runs online supermarket Ocado Retail through a joint venture with retail technology group Ocado Group.
"No, we've never had a discussion, and it's not on my mind," he told reporters on Wednesday when asked if he had explored buying it.
"We've got other things to do with our shareholder money and plenty to go at." (Reporting by James Davey, writing by Sarah Young, editing by Paul Sandle)
