Interesting to read the last RNS joe is saying similar to what I said in my post 3rd june time 15.56. I don't think a lot of posters realize the significance of this. Oex have over the last few years obtained the experience in india and there is nobody else in india - they have a good working relationship with baker hughes and the last few years gained more knowledge than baker hughes. The price of gas in india due to short supply is at a premium and there are pipelines to be filled. Oex is therefore the go to firm for a gas Joint venture and probably any other potential gas exploration work which is going to bring in a lot of revenue over the next few years and a lot of stakes in other good quality indian gas ventures. In the UK i think joe is thinking along the lines of something similar to DELT joint venture with shell in the north sea and the funding they obtained check out there RNS'S it will give an idea of what is possible After shell's recent lost court case in the Netherlands they may be looking to do more north sea deals. A lot will depend on what the judge says in determining the case as to if a criminal investigation can take place. If it can then zaza is in difficulty. These days the world is a smaller place with computers in every airport checking arrivals and the US have extradition treaties with most countries and will georgia want to protect him and his family and friends ? or will they be willing to send them to the US . As I have said before with regard to zaza this may be our only leverage for shareholders to get something back. Interested to see what others think. Away now until sunday with no internet.

I too have had no response to emails and rang twice today - it just rang and rang. I suppose they could all be working from home. I will be near their london office in about two weeks so if no response by then will call in.

Thanks for the reply do you think it is possible for any court case in uk. I think this may open up proceedings in the US on a number of fronts including criminal which could even open up the path to extradition if necessary both for him and any family and friends involved which I think he will do everything possible to avoid. which may turn out to be our only leverage with zaza

During the last few years frr was on aims a number of fund raises took place and i think some must have taken place after the asset was moved if what we are hearing is correct. That is fraud and the raises took place in the UK and that brings in the FCA.

Given that the above RNS update said seismic's were taking place during 2nd and 3rd quarter can we take it as read that they have started or not. Anybody sent them an email recently and got a reply?

The things that occurred to me from yesterday are ;
1. whilst i do not approve of shareholders trying to contact the judge through face book even if it was only to say we exist. The interesting thing was how it un nerved zaza. Did he really think he could completely forget we exist - what actual contact have we had from him in the last two years?
2. zaza told the court that there are 2000 shareholders a point that will not be lost on the court officials and I would have thought not a good idea for zaza case.
3.Zaza asked personally for the live feed to be cut on several occasions to avoid address details of others involved becoming know is he starting to realize where this could lead i wonder.

Ultimately the judge will look at the merits of the evidence in both sn arguments and zaza arguments. Also this is a US court and sn is portrayed as a fine upstanding american . I think a judgement in favour of sn would probably be best for us shareholder as he seems to have good contacts in the US government. What does everybody else think?

Does anybody know what the judges email is and will she read them? I think it is time for shareholders to make our concerns know to her at very least

Is the live feed for cross examination Zaza going to be reinstated i wonder and if not who does he not want to listen?

Another thought occurs - weather what's in the box is as big as some think or not the multinationals are the one's to find out and they are not going to want to touch this with a barge pole until this is resolved to shareholders satisfaction they simply would not want the bad press.

It puts an interesting thought in my mind ' PLANTIR' It was me in oct, 2019 that posted about the Sunday times article that BP were using them and how they were connect to various organisations such as cia ,mi5 etc. If SN wins this it may be time for us shareholders to persuade SN to join us and club together and engage them after all with georgia wanting to join NATO and the EU. The georgian's will take them seriously and I bet SN one way or another could get funding to engage them. This nay sound a very silly idea -but is it?

Anybody know what happens to za za if found guilty. Will it just be loss of face in georgia or do the us have some sort of extradition treaty and he has to go to US for some sort of punishment on the assumption he loses.

I almost hate to pass this information on with our new resident ramper about. British bulls the technical analysis site have today designated OEX a buy. Last time they did that was the 31st march when it was .1645 and it went up to .32 by 9th April an almost 100% rise and on the two previous occasions in the previous 12 months it went up approx. 50% on both occasions. Lets hope it does at least the same again

4pm sounds late for a case to begin - (if it had been on going during the day possible for continuing ) Thus I wonder if it is to rubber stamp an agreement or simple today will be about giving directions regarding documents etc.

It sounds like OEX could yet have the biggest gas field in India when it properly up and running. 40 000 acres is some big area and no other large gas field coming on behind us been developed from what I could see - our share price must rise significantly as more and more realize this.

Thanks for the link - do you know if any of these field are currently been explored or producing gas. I looked yesterday and found some producing oil but nothing in any quantity for gas.

I think it is often forgotten that cambay is 40 000 acres or 161km2 making it I think the largest in India and when up and running it will rank among the largest in the world. As we move forward this year it must have a positive impact on the share price. I also think the people doing the a farm in are likely to be one of the six companies building gas pipelines given the shortage of gas in india and the fact they have to fill their pipe lines with gas .
